Children like fashion for their dolls to be colorful, cheerful, and playful too. With this model, you can make their wishes come true.

The lively flounced skirt can be made in any desired length. You can crochet it in one color, two colors, lots of colors, or with gradient yarn. Feel free to take a look at my examples.

There is also a matching top that fits well and closes in the back with 3 snaps. Children can easily put both pieces on and take them off by themselves.

I hope you enjoy the crochet pattern.
Warm regards from Ina

A wonderful Christmas gift for Christmas - "Snowflake" decorations

This year I made snowflakes for Christmas. One snowflake has a diameter of approx. 15 cm and looks like a little star
. The snowflakes make wonderful Christmas tree decorations and can also be used as
door or window decorations, or as coasters for candle holders. One snowflake can be crocheted very quickly. Very little yarn is needed. An ideal way to use up leftover yarn!

“il fiore” is Italian and means “the flower.” That’s why the tapestry bag “il fiore” got its name: from the flowers on the bag itself.
The tapestry technique makes the bag sturdier and eliminates the need to weave in lots of ends when changing colors.
As we all know, a woman can never have enough bags—and the tapestry bag “il fiore” can be matched in color to any outfit, making it an everyday companion.

Using the specified materials, the bag will be 35 cm tall and have a base diameter of 25 cm.

To make this project, you’ll need the following materials: 250 g of light gray cotton yarn, 50 g each of light green and apricot cotton yarn, a 2.5 mm crochet hook, scissors, and a needle for weaving in the starting and ending yarn tails and sewing on the handles

The pattern is available here: https://www.crazypatterns.net/de/items/53687/haekelanleitung-tapestry-beutel-il-fiore

In keeping with the season, I’ve added the Cassie basket made from felting yarn.
It’s versatile—for example, as a small project bag or a doll’s bed—or, lined with plastic, as a planter for a stylish fall/winter decoration.

The basket is first crocheted with a thick hook and then felted in the washing machine—the crocheting goes quickly, and the felting practically takes care of itself afterward.

The crochet pattern, including details on materials and required skills, is available here: https://www.crazypatterns.net/de/items/53697/filzkoerbchen-cassie-haekelanleitung

Fall and winter are sure to come. Then a thick shawl that looks great and keeps your neck warm will really come in handy.

The Zoschatu triangular shawl is made up of cables, with a narrow lace-pattern stripe between each one. The pattern is easy to remember and works up quickly with thick yarn.

Because of its construction (crocheted sideways), the shawl reaches a medium height in the center, making it perfect to wear as a neckerchief. My shawl is 210 cm long and reaches a height of 44 cm in the center.

You should be able to crochet from a crochet chart and know the following types of stitches: chain stitches, double crochet,
front and back post double crochet.

Still looking for a special Halloween decoration?
How about a richly decorated “sugar skull”?

These colorfully decorated skulls come from Mexico. Originally, they were made of sugar as food for the dead, who are said to rise from their graves on their day of remembrance. In Mexico, the “Day of the Dead” is celebrated in a very joyful and colorful way, and during the numerous parades, you’ll also see many costumes featuring artfully decorated skulls.

This crocheted skull, decorated with flowers, will measure about 12 cm when made with the suggested yarn and makes for a unique Halloween decoration.

But of course, you can also crochet a very simple, plain, undecorated skull.

It remains hollow inside, so you can light it up from the inside with an LED light. This looks especially spooky in the dark:

It’s up to you which type of skull you choose. Both are quite quick to crochet. Maybe you’ll make both?

You can find the crochet pattern and more details about the materials here!

Do you like post double crochets? Then the asymmetrical triangular shawl “Traveilosa” is just right for you.
Except for the first and last double crochets, it is crocheted entirely in front and back post double crochet.
This creates a dense, thick shawl that is perfect for cold days.
Its shape also makes it ideal for yarn cakes.

The pattern is 4.5 pages long and includes a computer-generated crochet chart.

I recommend 1,100 m to 1,200 m of yarn (using standard 4-ply yarn cakes or 3-ply high-bulk acrylic yarn cakes). Click here for the pattern

After a long autumn walk, you look forward to a hot cup of tea—one you naturally don’t want to enjoy alone. A nicely set table is, of course, part of it too.

The "Tea for 2" placemat is quick to crochet and makes your tea time even cozier. To stick with the theme, you should of course crochet two of these placemats ;-)  They are crocheted in filet technique, a very simple technique where you only crochet double crochet and chain stitches, creating beautiful patterns.
It is made with thin cotton yarn. (I used Catania fine.)
For one mat, I needed 55 g and a small leftover amount in another color for the border.

You can find the crochet pattern here!
