Lola Curly Hair - Snow Princess Set

Hi,
I have another question about Lola Curly Hair today. I’ve already crocheted both little dolls. Everything is finished except for the hair. That’s giving me quite a headache. I measured the yarn and cut it to the desired length. Then I wound it around the wooden sticks. I need several thumbtacks per stick to keep anything from coming undone. But that means not many sticks fit in the oven, and it’s turning into a never-ending task to curl all the hair. I didn’t really understand the pattern.
Is there a way to speed the whole process up a bit? Or does anyone have any advice on how this is actually supposed to be done? I’d be very grateful for that. I’m kind of at a loss here.

Hi, yes, I was referring to these two little dolls. They’re by Jasmin Reese. The hair is a problem; other than that, I’ve finished everything.
