Hard-working little helpers in the sunshine

dear little helpers,
how are you all doing?

Yesterday I sewed another Schnabeline—the Medium this time—so now I just have the Big left to go. I still had some scraps of upholstery fabric lying around; I’d used them to reupholster my corner bench a while back. Then I added some other fabric scraps to make the bag.

I just finished a new butterfly, and I think it turned out great.

Your peacock butterfly is truly a gem. I really like those (even in real life).

While on vacation, we visited the butterfly park, where these gorgeous turquoise-blue ones were fluttering around.

You’ve finished some great things—wow! That butterfly turned out amazing! I’m really impressed.

Today I started a new project in the garden for my granddaughter. She wants a very specific bag. I’m already curious to see what the finished piece will look like and whether she’ll like it.
