Simple doll bed with bedding, pillows, and all the trimmings
For this DIY doll bed, I started with a can of spray paint in the color “melon yellow.” It’s such a great color—I just had to turn it into a chic doll bed. To match, I picked out some cotton fabric online for the reversible bedding that also features many shades of yellow (the source for the fabric is listed in the pattern). Put it all together, and it turned into a beautiful doll bed for one of my Barbie dolls.
Of course, you can choose the color of your own doll bed—after all, you’re the one building it. It’s made up of individual rectangles that we glue together. Then the whole thing is spray-painted in a colorful design. As always, I’ll explain and show you everything in great detail, step by step. The 3-piece reversible bedding set is sewn, and the pillows are crocheted. You can either buy the complete set for the bed or choose the individual patterns you like as you wish.
I hope you have lots of fun with this beautiful project. Yours, Ina
