Dear users, dear designers,
May may not be especially sunny, but the openwork pattern designs / lace pattern designs and the pattern mix designs in the shop are fantastic.
Shop now, start crafting right away, and forget the lousy weather.

@Designers,
2-3 patterns per designer are enough. Don’t forget the link and image, as well as the usual info.

Is crocheting almost nothing but double crochets boring?
Not with the asymmetrical Gara triangular shawl.
It’s made up of different double crochet variations.

Airy, Light Poncho

This one is fun not only to wear, but also to knit. The knitted pattern is very straightforward, yet in the end it offers sophisticated glimpses.

The poncho is very flattering. It conceals little problem areas and swings elegantly with every step. It weighs just under 200 g and doesn’t add bulk. It fits all sizes. The neckline size and back length are adjusted individually at the end. Feel free to take a look
at the photos showing the different ways to wear it. It goes well
with a long dress and also with jeans. You’ll find more information, photos, and the pattern by clicking on the heading.

I hope you enjoy this project - Yours, Ina

Lace Shawl for Beginners

You’ll love this: a light and airy yet delicately warm lace shawl. It’s a real eye-catcher and always looks fresh thanks to its various ways of wearing it. You can wear it open or tied—elegant with a little black dress or casual as a scarf for everyday wear.

It’s called “Lace Shawl for Beginners” because I designed it specifically for beginners in knitting and lace. Even if you’ve never knitted a lace shawl before, you can give this a try. The pattern isn’t difficult; it alternates between exactly two pattern rows, which you’ll pick up in no time. Then it’s just a matter of being diligent and knitting away. And soon you’ll have a truly wonderful lace shawl in your hands—or draped over your shoulders. You’ll find more photos, tips, and the pattern by clicking on the headline.

I hope you enjoy it very much—Ina

This knitted children's hat with a beautiful, airy lace pattern is just right for this kind of weather.

The pattern is available in 3 sizes (0 months - 24 months) and is easy to follow if you have some practice with a set of double-pointed needles and know how to knit and purl, make yarn overs, and knit stitches together.

This beautiful shawl / stole makes a wonderful gift for a new mother or for the bride.

Knitted from a super-soft yarn (Schachenmayr “Highland Alpaca Fino,” 50% alpaca, 50% virgin wool, with a yardage of 250 m / 50 g), it’s both warm and gorgeous.

You should have a basic understanding of knit and purl stitches, yarn overs, and knitting stitches together.

Triangular Shawl "Aquamarine"
This airy, soft shawl is crocheted from the side and is completely symmetrical. The lace pattern is a combination of crossed double crochet stitches, chain stitches, and single crochet stitches.

The pattern is described in great detail (crossed double crochet stitches are explained step by step), with lots of step-by-step photos, text, and a crochet chart.

Simple, understated, and beautiful—that’s this fluffy-soft triangular shawl with a lace pattern. It is crocheted from the side and is nearly symmetrical.

The pattern is super easy to work and really fun. Since you crochet almost exclusively under chain-stitch arches, it’s perfect to make on the side while chatting over coffee or watching TV. The pattern explains everything in detail, with step-by-step photos, text, and a crochet chart.

Very suitable for beginners.

Thanks to the lace pattern, the shawl is wonderfully light and soft. It drapes beautifully and can be worn in many different ways. A true classic!

This openwork sweater is perfect even in chilly May. It’s knitted from sock yarn, and the thin yarn and openwork pattern make it wonderfully light. (You’ll only need about 300–350 g of yarn.) Yet it keeps you warm, and if it’s especially chilly, you can easily wear a thicker shirt underneath, since the pattern stretches and doesn’t add any bulk at all.
The pattern covers sizes 36–40 and 42–46. The lace pattern consists of 2 rows that repeat continuously. Since the shape is quite simple, there are few increases and decreases. Only the V-neck is a bit trickier, but it’s explained in detail.

Summer Scarf Nassima
an airy, lightweight lace scarf

--- to the pattern ---

The scarf is a real eye-catcher and adds a special touch to any outfit.

The scarf is easy to crochet, the pattern is very intuitive, and only basic knowledge of crochet is needed - so it’s a lovely beginner project.

As always, the pattern is richly illustrated and explains everything step by step. A crochet chart is also included.

The scarf shown is approx. 25 cm wide and 170 cm long. It was crocheted with 2 balls of Gründl Lisa Print (yardage 133 m/50 g). The size can easily be adjusted.

The lace scarf is a great beginner project.

Only chain stitches and double crochet stitches are needed.

The scarf shown is approx. 28 cm wide and 210 cm long. 150 g of 4-ply gradient yarn cake (yardage 190 m/50 g) was used. The dimensions can easily be adjusted.

PaYaLa is a simple lace shawl. With just 100g of lace yarn (800m running length per 100g), it makes a light summer shawl, or, in double the size, a stole.

The pattern is explained row by row and is also shown in a chart, making it absolutely beginner-friendly.
