This little door wreath is very decorative, can be crocheted from leftover yarn, and is absolutely beginner-friendly. It has a diameter of 12 cm and fits perfectly in any small corner that might otherwise look a bit bare. Wouldn’t this make a nice little gift for Easter or Mother’s Day?

Any beginner can make these fruity coasters or glass lids! The hole in the middle is just the right size for a straw, so you can also use the coasters as glass lids to keep insects or leaves from falling into your drink when you’re outdoors. If you make the coasters a little bigger and crochet a loop onto them (as described in the pattern), they’ll turn into handy pot holders.
Take a look through your leftover yarn to see if you have matching colors—then you can get started right away!

3 knitting patterns for Barbie dolls

A few grams of yarn are enough for these charming knitted doll clothes. You can make pants in any length, a top and/or overalls. Everything is very straightforward and can also be made by beginner knitters . You’ll find more information, pictures, and the pattern by clicking the heading.

3 crochet patterns for doll fashion

If you prefer crocheting, this 3-piece set is just the thing for you. The 3 designs—skirt, top, and bolero—are also easy for beginner crocheters to make. It really is very straightforward, and in the end you’ll have charming handmade doll clothes. Every doll mom will be delighted with the swingy skirts and cute boleros.

Knitting pattern Loop Featherlight

If you don’t want to make doll clothes and would rather make something for yourself, the Loop Featherlight is perfect for you. This is a knitting project for beginners. We knit only knit stitches. So it’s very, very easy to make. However, it does take a little perseverance. You’ll love the result! Thanks to its feather-light material (cashmere), the Loop Featherlight is truly delicate, soft, cozy, and feather-light. Once you’ve worn the Loop Featherlight, you won’t want to be without it. It will simply become a favorite piece of clothing. You won’t want to take it off.

You’ll find more information and, of course, more photo examples by clicking the heading.

I hope you have lots of fun with this project. Yours, Ina

PS. By the way, at first I thought the color beige on the skein was a bit boring, but in hindsight it turns out to go well with many colors. Which color would be yours?

Oh, one more thing ... the very slim can also wear the Loop Featherlight as a bolero:

These egg cups are also perfect for crafting beginners—the little containers are very easy to make and require no prior experience.

The egg cups are made from cardstock and are easy for children to make as well. The cups have a very practical feature: you can stack them to save space until next Easter.

Mowi's Scrap Eater Gang is also very easy for beginners to crochet. However, you should already have basic knowledge.

This is a great way to use up leftover yarn. The Scrap Eaters can be used in many different ways and spread good cheer everywhere.

If you haven’t dared to knit socks yet, you’ll find the solution here. With the mowi heel, it’s really easy. It makes it child’s play.

Knitting experience with a set of double-pointed needles or the CraSyTrio is helpful.

In fact, all my patterns are written to be beginner-friendly!
As an example, here is my latest creation:
the Cutie Hippos!

These tiny hippos are easily crocheted from a few scraps of cotton yarn and are perfect for decorating, playing with, or as keychains. The little hippos are only 7 cm tall.
All you need to know is single crochet, the magic ring, and crocheting in spiral rounds; everything else is explained in detail with written instructions and pictures.

Even knitting beginners will get their money’s worth in my shop too! In addition to a great and simple cozy sweater and a comfortable throw blanket, you’ll find the
Cable scarf “Meeresgrund”
in my shop.

I used:
Lady Dee’s Traumgarne W03 Meeresgrund, 4-ply (70% acrylic, 30% wool), 750 m, 300 g, but any other yarn will work too!
In addition to the written pattern, I’ve included a photo tutorial that explains all the cable crossings, the stretchy bind-off, and how to use a lifeline while knitting.

...unfortunately, I can’t find the infinity scarf—neither via the link nor on your site—and I’d love to knit it. Best regards, Katharina

Even if you’re new to crafts, you can easily recreate this pretty gift bag —it’s made up of simple shapes that are easy to cut out, and putting all the pieces together shouldn’t be a problem either.

The bag is made of cardstock and measures approximately 18.5 x 26 x 7 cm. If you lift the butterfly wings slightly, the bag looks especially light and airy—and elegant.

These sweet little bunnies are quick, easy, and beginner-friendly to crochet.

You can use them to decorate your Easter bouquet, door wreath, windows, napkin rings, etc., or turn them into a mobile or a garland. These cute bunnies are also real eye-catchers as bag charms, keychains, or appliqués on
a child's little bag.

They are crocheted in one "go," work up super quickly, and you only need a few bits of leftover yarn. Suitable for beginners.
