When Barbie wants to be a mermaid again, it’s easy—with the right “costume.”
The fishtail with the shell pattern is so easy to crochet that even little doll moms can give it a try. For the top and the headpiece, they may need a little help from mom or grandma.
Pick out a few bits of leftover yarn in your favorite colors and you’re ready to go! If you like a little “bling bling,” you can use glitter yarn or decorate the fishtail with sequins or small beads.
You can find the crochet pattern here!

An Easter lamb is always a perfect gift for Easter!

You can crochet it in different sizes. It all depends on the thickness of the yarn used and the hook size. For example, the little sheep in the picture is 12 cm long, while the larger one measures 25 cm. You can also add a music box to the larger lamb; the small one is a cute addition to an Easter basket.

The little sheep is crocheted using only single crochet stitches, so it is also suitable for beginners. For beginners, however, I would recommend “regular yarn” (cotton, merino, acrylic yarn); more experienced crocheters can also try the teddy yarn (tips for this are included in the pattern) shown in the picture. This makes the little sheep wonderfully fluffy.

Looking forward to summer already?
Crocheting these beautiful shells is sure to give you a little taste of summer. They make an attractive decoration and are also a great way to use up leftover yarn. You can use almost any type of yarn. Depending on the thickness, you’ll end up with shells of different sizes. You can crochet 3 different designs using this pattern. Using different yarns will create even more variations.

Little Sheep Egg Cozy Crochet Pattern
Click here to go directly to the crochet pattern

What you’ll need:
  • approx. 15g of yarn (it’s best to use 100% cotton yarn, which makes the egg cozies nice and sturdy. Of course, you can also use any other yarn) in white or brown, suitable for a 3mm crochet hook. Leftover yarn in green.
  • A darning needle and scissors
  • Some stuffing for the head
  • 3mm crochet hook.
  • Googly eyes and superglue
To give the sheep a better fleece look, I crochet using “bobbles.” I explain this technique at the beginning of the pattern and illustrate it with pictures, so you’ll understand it very quickly ;-). All the remaining steps are also illustrated and explained with plenty of pictures. Difficulty level: Medium—you should already have some crocheting experience ;-) and shouldn’t choose these sheep as your very first crochet project.

The Glitzertraum Hat is chic and elegant—a real eye-catcher. Thanks to the thick yarn, it keeps you very warm even in winter. The hat can be crocheted in various sizes; the pattern includes a size chart.

  • 3–4 x 50g skeins of yarn (Size S: approx. 100–150g, Size M: approx. 150g, Size L: approx. 200g) in the color of your choice (e.g., Mille II Lux Color 705 by Lana Grossa). This yarn has a yardage of approx. 50 m. Your yarn should be suitable for a 7–8 mm crochet hook (we’ll be crocheting with a 6.5 mm hook to make the hat nice and warm).

The CLAIRE wrist warmers with a Celtic cable and a very simple textured pattern are an absolute all-time favorite!
And I have to admit, I already own them in several colors myself! I knitted them from a wonderfully soft alpaca yarn with No. 3 knitting needles, and whether you want to knit them in 1, 2, or even 3 colors—here you can mix and match to your heart’s content!

Get the knitting pattern right here: CLAIRE Wrist Warmers

Wishing you a fun week of knitting,

And now things get really zigzaggy with the MALOU wrist warmers!!
Whether you prefer more subtle colors or like them bright and colorful, whether with solid-color yarns or with gradient yarn: the wow effect is guaranteed, because the lace zigzag pattern creates a very unique, three-dimensional texture! As always, you can work either from the knitting chart or the written pattern description, and you can use any yarn in 4-ply sock yarn weight, e.g. also “Mille Color Baby” by Lang Yarns.

So, if you really want to let loose with color and knitting technique, here’s the pattern:

Happy knitting from

Crochet pattern for a princess or wedding dress

How about a beautiful and enchanting dress for your daughter’s or granddaughter’s Barbie? You can’t buy a wonderful dress like this. You can crochet it in different variations using my pattern. The doll moms will be thrilled ... maybe something lovely for Easter, too?

Crochet pattern: doll clothes 3-piece summer set

And since we’re already talking about doll clothes ... I have another tip if you just want a doll dress for everyday use. This one is crocheted. It is a 3-piece set consisting of a skirt, top, and bolero.

Or do you prefer it a little less eye-catching, more everyday pieces? You could make those, too. All 7 models are very easy for even knitting beginners to make. With just a few grams of yarn, you can create the loveliest pieces in the doll mom’s favorite colors. Here, too: for more pictures, information, and the pattern, simply click on the heading.

This fluffy-soft triangular shawl is wonderfully simple, understated, and beautiful.

The pattern is very easy to work and is really fun. Since you crochet almost entirely into chain spaces, it’s perfect for working on the side, for example while watching TV. The pattern explains everything in great detail, with step-by-step photos, text, and a crochet chart.

Very well suited for beginners.

Thanks to the openwork pattern, the shawl is wonderfully light and soft. It drapes beautifully and can be worn in many different ways.
