Dear users, dear designers,
It’s almost too late for Valentine’s Day, but a few quick little items made from leftover yarn may still be doable. Of course, we have Carnival patterns, plus spring designs and pretty Easter patterns. Bestsellers and new releases are also available for download.
You’re sure to find a great weekend project.
Have fun crafting.

@Designers.
2-3 patterns per designer are enough. Don’t forget the link and image, as well as the usual information.

A crocheted and lightly stuffed little heart dangles inside the crocheted wire heart.

As a gift tag, a declaration of love, or simply as pretty decoration for a window, door, or wall—perhaps swinging freely on the balcony or terrace.
A great way to use up leftovers and a lovely little gift to bring along.

Decorate it with little bows, beads, tassels, or charms. Of course, you can also leave out the wire heart around the outside
or fill the heart with lavender

There is always a nice use for a heart.
By the way, it is also perfect for using up leftovers. I used cotton yarn, 125 m / 50 g. You only need about 28 grams of cotton yarn in total

Have fun with it,
Caro

These little birds, which you can crochet from your colorful leftover yarn, make a great quick weekend project. They’re perfect as decorations for your Easter branches or on the breakfast table.
You’re sure to have the materials at home:
  • Colorful cotton scraps (approx. 125 m/50 g per skein, e.g., Catania by Schachenmayr)
  • Stuffing
  • Crochet hook size 2.5
  • 1 thick sewing needle
  • Scraps of craft felt
  • Colorful chicken feathers, 3–10 cm long (I used guinea fowl feathers because they have such a beautiful pattern)
  • Optional: floral wire, small flat-nose pliers
  • Hot glue or craft glue
Get the pattern here now, so you can get started right away!

Are you still looking for a quick project for Valentine's Day?
You can easily make these little, “heartfelt” bears in a weekend.
The heart measures about 11 x 11 cm.

You’ll need:
  • approx. 20 g red cotton yarn (here: Catania by Schachenmayr, yardage 125 m/50 g)
  • leftover light gray yarn (here: Estivo II by Lana Grossa, yardage 150 m/50 g)
  • 2.5 mm crochet hook
  • stuffing
  • black embroidery floss
  • 1 thick yarn needle for sewing the pieces together
  • 1 sharp needle for embroidering the face
  • sewing silk
  • AND THIS CROCHET PATTERN!

After a night of Carnival partying, a hearty breakfast will get you back on your feet! These colorful egg cups/egg cozies at the breakfast table will make sure your hangover disappears quickly—but not your good mood. You simply have to have these!

These cute Easter bunnies make a great weekend project for Easter; as a grasping toy with a built-in little bell, they make a wonderful gift for the littlest ones. The Easter eggs fit right inside the grasping toy and can also be crocheted separately as Easter decorations.

Here’s the pattern

If you’d just like to crochet a little something in between on the weekend, especially using leftover yarn, the colorful Easter eggs are another option: you can use them to decorate the Easter branches or have a personal little gift to bring to Easter brunch.

   Here’s the pattern

Both patterns are suitable for ambitious beginners and were crocheted with cotton yarn with a yardage of 125 m/50 g. I use a size 3 crochet hook for them, but size 2.5 also works very well.

And now have fun crocheting!

A really lovely weekend project is this little pouch for 10 tissues. It also makes a wonderful gift. And you can even hide a gift inside it, for example money, jewelry, a voucher, or something similar.

The pouch is easy for advanced beginners to crochet. Everything is described and shown.
You get two patterns with different variations of the pouch.

A big advantage: you can use up lots of leftover yarn with it.

A very cute and easy weekend project is this adorable baby bear. It was designed especially for babies.

Here you can use up leftover yarn, and with the pattern, even as an advanced beginner, you’ll be able to make a really pretty little bear. What could be nicer for a baby or toddler than when Mom or Grandma has brought it to life herself.

Note: In my shop there is also a knitting pattern for matching "protective clothing" - a sweater and sleeping bag. ;-)

Crochet yourself a colorful spring meadow—and those spring feelings will come all on their own. This spring meadow consists of placemats, coasters, various egg cozies and egg sets, as well as scattered flowers. A decoration where you can crochet up lots of leftover yarn. All pieces can also be wonderfully easy for confident beginners to crochet.

Turtleneck Sweater in 3 Lengths

Knitting these cute little sweaters is a wonderfully relaxing activity. All you need is a few grams of yarn, a set of size 2 double-pointed needles, and of course my knitting pattern. Don’t be afraid of the cable or the raglan — I explain and show you everything in detail, stitch by stitch. Even knitting beginners can manage it.

You can make the sweater in 3 different lengths. The longest version can even be worn as a knitted dress.

Wrist Warmers with a Decorative Cable

What else can I recommend for the weekend? Oh, I also have something for the grown-ups: a pair of lovely decorative wrist warmers. They’re easy for knitting beginners to make with 50 g of yarn and a set of size 3 double-pointed needles. The thumb is well shaped, so they fit beautifully. You’re sure to find a matching ball of yarn in your stash. I’ve already knitted them in many colors and yarn types.

The wrist warmers are wonderful to make for yourself or as a gift for your best friend or sister. Mine are always dearly loved. Feel free to take a look at my examples. You’ll find them and the pattern by clicking on the heading.

Craft Bucket

And as my third tip for the weekend, I’d maybe recommend the crocheted craft bucket. For this you’ll need lots of colorful leftover yarn and a size 3.5 crochet hook. And of course a standard plastic bucket. We basically crochet a cover for the bucket. There are pockets all around it where you can store crochet hooks and other tools. Your current project goes inside the bucket. That way you stay organized and always have everything you need close at hand.

I wish you lots of joy with the new project of your choice and a lovely weekend.

Warm regards from Ina

If you'd like to retreat with a craft project this weekend, then I can recommend this decorative garland for you to make yourself – with this craft, you can forget the world around you for a little while and, when you're finished, start decorating for spring right away.

This garland is made from photo cardstock and is approx. 83 cm long. Besides the usual use as window or door décor, it can also be used as room decoration:  Attached to a ceiling light, it's a colorful eye-catcher that moves with every breeze.

Christmas is over, but Easter is still a while away. Why not decorate for winter?

This snowflake decorates the window during the cold season.

You’ll need to know double crochet, chain stitches, and single crochet to crochet from this pattern. You’ll find a chart, and the stitches for each row are also described in writing.

Here you’ll find the pattern for the window decoration

The remedy for cold feet: knitted double-face socks.

For these house socks, you’ll need sock yarn (75% virgin wool, 25% polyamide) in a light and a dark color for a set of double-pointed needles, 2.5–3 mm.
The amount depends on your shoe size.

Thanks to the double-face technique, you can wear the socks on either side—with either the light or the dark side facing out.

The 4-page PDF file is suitable for experienced knitters.

The Sofia reversible cowl can be worn on both sides thanks to a simple knit-and-purl pattern.
You’ll only need 1 skein of Sofia (320m per 100g). The size can easily be adjusted individually.

The cowl is a simple, quick project for a day in front of the TV in the current bad weather.

Colorful Easter Eggs

Colorful Easter Eggs – a small and lovely touch for Easter. The simple Bruges lace crochet technique creates a beautiful
spring feel. An excellent window or door decoration for Easter, or
even a small gift! The Easter egg measures approx. 7 x 9 cm, plus a loop of approx. 7 cm. Very little yarn is needed to make one Easter egg,
which means these can be crocheted from yarn scraps. An ideal way to use up leftover yarn!
