it’s Wooly Wednesday—time to indulge in some wool. :-)
Who has (or hasn’t) bought any wool?
How are your leftover yarn and your yarn stash holding up?
Let me know.

Yay, I still haven’t bought any yarn since November, but I’ve knitted up quite a bit of my “unloved” yarn. Even so, I still have so much yarn left that I’m probably set for years to come.

So I’ll keep “dieting”—and I’m happy to do it. I’m reveling in my own stash and sometimes feel like I own a store.

It’s great to have so much to choose from :)

I wish everyone here lots of fun with their crafts and, yes—a woolly Wednesday.

I sorted through my yarn today since I’m currently knitting hats for the homeless. And I found a whole lot of sock yarn in the process. I didn’t buy any either ????

Bought any wool? Not for months now.
But I did receive some as a gift.

My leftover yarn—and older yarn in general—is currently in the process of being transformed.

You’ll be in good company there. There’s actually someone else there who knits hats—and even socks—for the homeless using sock yarn. I think that’s really great, by the way!

Maybe you’d like to join in. It’s really fun to see what everyone’s been creating. And at the end of the month, everyone is awarded a title—even if they’ve only managed to finish one piece. That’s really motivating.

Creat Owl, gifted yarn doesn’t count as bought; I also keep getting unwanted yarn from other knitters, and I find that exciting and interesting.
I haven’t bought any yarn and don’t have any withdrawal symptoms yet :-0

Cuddle alert... I have to remember that phrase. :) I think it’s perfect! :)

I bought five skeins of summer yarn on Tuesday—since my craft store already had the first summer yarns in stock, I just had to grab them. Otherwise, I’m bravely working through my leftover yarn—it’s really piled up, believe it or not. So far, I’ve been collecting sock yarn, and now I’m making socks and hats out of it.
