Crochet Instructions „Fairytale Dream“ Shawl

A smart shawl adorns every woman – no matter whether old or young, slim or stout. Besides, it not only warms the mind and soul but also the body.

This shawl is crocheted in one piece from 3-ply variegated yarn with a yardage of 1093yds/7oz. and, thanks to the step by step instructions, it is quick and easy to make also for beginners. Annexed to the step by step instructions are the (very neatly handwritten) crochet symbols.

Abbreviations:
ch - chain
sc - single crochet
dc - double crochet
st - stitch
tch - turning chain

Gauge swatch:
22 scs, 9 rows (dcs) = 4 inch square (10x10 cm)

Material needed:

• Any yarn/wool you like
• Crochet hooks in the right size
• Scissors
• Darning needle to sew in the starting and end threads

Recommended yarn:
3-ply variegated yarn, 1095yds/7oz (1000m/200 g)

I crocheted with a C2/D3 (3mm) hook. My shawl has a width of about 60" (155cm) and a height of about 30" (75cm).
