Materials:
- The same thickness yarn. I have acrylic 450 m/ 100 g.
- For head and arms - body colour, for hair - black colour, for clothes – yellow, dark blue, blue, red colours.
- A crochet hook. I used 1.0 mm
- Hollow fibre
- Sewing Needle
- Acrylic paints for eyes
- Sewing threads for smile
- Pencil

Abbreviations:

ch – chain

st - stitch

sl st – slip stitch

sc – single crochet

hdc – half double crochet

dc - double crochet 

inc – increase (2 sc in 1 st)

dec – decrease (single crochet two stitches together)

3 in 1 - 3 sc in 1 loop

Head.
Crochet with body colour.
1 rnd. 6 sc in Magic Ring
2 rnd. 6 inc (12)
3 rnd. (inc, 1 sc) х 6 times (18)

6 rnd. 21 sc

Add hollow fiber.

Cut the thread, leaving approx. 1 m long end. Bind off.

To sculpt the eyes: take some strong sewing thread and fasten it below in point 0, take the needle out in point 1. Insert needle in point 2, back in point 0. Make a tightening for the second eye. Point 0 - 3 - 4 - 0.
Fasten the thread.

Body.
Join the body colour thread behind the head to leaving front loops of the 13th round.

14-15 rnd. 12 sc
Crochet with dark blue colour yarn.

16 rnd. Dark blue: 4 sc, body colour: 4 sc, dark blue: 4 sc (12)

17 rnd. Dark blue: 3 sc, change yarn to body colour, crochet a hand: 8 ch, from the second loop from hook 2 hdc in 1 loop, 6 sl st, change yarn to dark blue: 6 sc, change yarn to body colour, crochet a hand: 8 ch, from the second loop from hook 2 hdc in 1 loop, 6 sl st, change yarn to dark blue: 3 sc (12)

Fasten and cut off the body colour yarn.
Crochet with dark blue yarn alone.
18-19 rnd. 12 sc
20 rnd. 11 sc, 1 sl st (12)
21 rnd. Into the back loops only 12 sc
22 rnd. 12 sc
23 rnd. 10 sc, 2 sl st (12)
Bind off, cut off any excess yarn. Hide the end.

Collar.
Crochet with white yarn.
12 ch.
1 rnd. from the second loop from hook: inc, 2 sc, inc, 3 sc, inc, 2 sc, inc (15)
Bind off, cut off any excess yarn. Sew the collar on.

Skirt.
Crochet with yellow yarn.
7 ch.
1 row. from the second loop from hook 4 sc, 2 sl st, 1 ch, turn (6)
Crochet every remaining rows into the back loops only.

3 row. 4 sc, 2 sl st, 1 ch, turn (6) *

Repeat Row 2 and 3 9 more times.

Fold the detail in half. To join the edges work 6 sl st.
Bind off, cut off any excess yarn.

Sew the skirt to the front loops of Rnd 21 of the body.

Sleeves (make 2)
Crochet with blue yarn.
6 ch.
1 row. Starting from the second loop from hook: 5 inc, 1 ch, turn (10)
2 row. 5 dec (5)

Bind off, cut off any excess yarn.

Sew the sleeves on. Embroider red stripes.

Hair.
Crochet with black yarn.

Ribbon
Ch 18 ch. Bind off, cut off any excess yarn.
Sew the ribbon and bow onto the hair. Hide any excess yarn on the wrong side.

Glue the hair to the head.

Draw eyes with acrylic paint. See photos for guidance.

Cut the eyes out, glue them onto the face.
Embroider eyebrows and a smile.

Put a doll on a pencil. Your drawing assistant is complete!
