Pattern already purchased

Hello,
I just purchased a pattern (“Filigrante” shawl).
After I paid, I realized that I already have it—I’d bought it once before.
Why does your system allow me to buy it again?
Now I’ve wasted 1.50. It’s only 1.50, but even that is money I could have used for something else.
Can you refund it to me?

The program allows this because it can make perfect sense to buy a pattern twice—namely, if you want to give it to someone else. Sharing the pattern for free is not permitted.
However, you can contact support if you’d like to cancel the purchase.
