Are you in the Christmas spirit?

Dear users, dear authors,
is the stress of Christmas getting the better of you right now, or has the Christmas spirit taken over?

It’s a mixed bag. On the one hand, there’s definitely some Christmas spirit in the air, especially when I see the beautifully decorated houses and gardens while walking the dog, or hear the Christmas music blaring from everywhere.

But on the other hand, there’s a sense of hustle and bustle, stress, and aggression everywhere—which seems to get worse every year—and that really dampens the Christmas spirit.

In a nutshell: NO!!
But it’ll come…

And with a little luck, before Christmas Eve :)

Everyone’s stressing out over gifts, but there’s no real joy to be found. 

Same for me: no. But it’s not stress either. The worst part is the autumn weather.

So, if you don’t let the stress get to you, you can get yourself in the Christmas spirit. I watched a nice, cheesy Christmas movie tonight—and just like that, I’m in the Christmas spirit!

I decorated the tree last night, and since then, I’ve really gotten into the Christmas spirit. It wasn’t stressful at all.
