It snowed here this morning, but now it’s raining. It’s supposed to thaw out by Christmas, so it definitely won’t be a white Christmas.

There’s no Christmas spirit at all like this: It just keeps raining, with a few storm gusts in between. At least a few snowflakes have fallen in my crochet workshop… (Patterns from the beautiful book “Crocheting Delicate Snowflakes” by Caitlin Sainio)

The snowflakes are really beautiful. But they’re no substitute for a white Christmas.

Here it’s 5 degrees and raining constantly.

On Monday, it’s supposed to reach 11 degrees, and there’s supposed to be even more rain.
