Dieter, the super-cute cuddly stingray, is a real weekend project!

Crocheted with thick chenille yarn and a 4.5 mm (or 5 mm) hook, he’s finished in no time and also makes a surprise cuddly cushion under the Christmas tree ♥

If you’re looking for a quick little gift to bring along or give, there’s often nothing on hand. Make a few original candy jars from empty jam jars with a funny crocheted lid, for which you only need a few bits of leftover yarn. You can then fill the jar with sweets and you’ll always have a very personal gift that the recipient is sure to appreciate!

There’s, for example, the snowman who knits his own winter clothes (or crochets them, if you just use a toothpick). This funny idea is sure to go down well and is especially suitable for friends who do crafts themselves.
Here’s the pattern for the snowman!

Or you can crochet the monkey on the palm tree — perfect for coconut cookies!

Crochet Pattern for a Headband

A weekend is short, but you’re sure to find time for a headband.

The pattern repeat is one row, and you should be able to crochet single crochet, chain stitches, half double crochet, and double crochet.

The pattern includes written instructions, a crochet chart, and pictures.

I used various yarns with a yardage of 110–135 m per 50 grams. One skein of yarn was always enough.

You can find the pattern here

The decorations (size approx. 8 cm x 10 cm) are very well suited for Advent and the Christmas season and create a cozy atmosphere. They can also be used beautifully as door or window decorations for the festive season. Not much yarn is needed to make one decoration, so these can be crocheted from leftover yarn. Just a few hours of crafting on the weekend, and you'll have the perfect Christmas packaging for your sweet works of art!

This chocolate box is made from photo cardstock and measures approx. 17 x 4 x 16 cm. The inner compartments are intended for chocolates of approx. 3 cm ø, but the box also works without the inner compartments, in which case larger chocolates or other gifts can be presented in it.
