Paper Cutting

I have a question about paper for paper cutouts. Some is black on both sides, and some is black on one side and white on the other. Which is better?

But what exactly do you want to cut out of it: pictures, decorations? If pictures, where will they be placed: on windows, on paper? Do you want to trace the templates or draw them yourself? If tracing, which tracing method do you want to use? It’s not as easy as it seems :-).

That’s a lot to think about. :-O
I need to figure that out first.
