Little Helpers Tuesday: Any hard-working Christmas elves here?

I’ve already been busy today, knitting a doily and some socks. And today I’m heading to the knitting café, where the knitting will continue in earnest.

I’ve already knitted a few rounds for the baby booties and a few rows on the washcloth, plus crocheted a few rounds for a little Christmas tree—all while on the train. I won’t get much more done today: my Tuesday schedule plus baking cookies for the Christmas market!

Today I washed and blocked part of the coat, worked on writing a pattern, and tonight I’ll be knitting and continuing to write the pattern.

Today I’m starting to bake cookies, so I probably won’t get around to doing any crafting.

I’m currently working on a scarf with a lace and cable pattern.
By the way, it’s the one I’m hoping I have enough yarn for.

I’m currently knitting a sweater out of sock yarn for my granddaughter. Unfortunately, I realized last night that it turned out a bit too short, so now I have to unravel part of it again. Darn!

I want to finish it quickly—it’s going to be mailed before Christmas because she needs it.

Right now, I’m also writing up a pattern, and over the next few days I plan to start baking cookies.

I was out and about with Anton all day again today. Now I’m cooking for us. My husband is away on
a business trip. We’re having pasta. Anton has his with cheese, and I’m having mine with a mushroom-cream sauce.

I got Seasons 11 and 12 of Criminal Minds for my birthday, so I’m going to watch a few episodes later and do some crocheting.

Today I started knitting the Christmas plain vanilla socks, size 47, for my dad (88)—
he only likes solid-colored socks, no pattern, etc.
Which is also good because they’re TV-friendly ????

@Mowi: A sweater made from sock yarn??? Isn’t that scratchy? 

I’ve just watched 6 episodes of *Criminal Minds* :-) and crocheted for almost 4 hours straight. The baby blanket is coming along. But I doubt it’ll be finished by the end of November. 

Since I have another 4 days of the Advent market ahead of me, I’ve been crocheting nonstop^^

Result: 1 Advent wreath for Mom
24 mini angels (I still need to make the same number again)
10 large angels for the acrylic ornaments
10 Advent bags - more to follow
2 Advent calendars for school, so 48 booties
20 elves as egg cozies


Once all that’s over, I’ll spend a whole day cleaning my craft room - it will definitely need it by then. I’m already curious how much glitter I’ll vacuum up ;-)

I’m currently knitting a bag out of felting wool—I felt like knitting something again; it’s been ages since I last did ;-)
