Money deposited but not yet in the account

Hello,  

Store credit can be topped up in several ways:

• PayPal balance
  

• PayPal direct debit
  

• Bank transfer 

 
When paying with your PayPal balance, the store credit is made available immediately. When paying by PayPal direct debit or bank transfer, the amount must first be withdrawn from your checking account. Therefore, it can take up to 5 bank business days for the amount to be credited to our account. As soon as we have received the payment, you will always receive an email notification that the top-up has been completed.

I also topped up my store credit via bank transfer on July 1, 2019, and there’s still nothing in my account.
