Isn’t this a lovely gift to spruce up the bathroom?
The cover for the tissue box is quick to crochet and fits in any bathroom! You can crochet it in different sizes to match the size of your tissue boxes. Depending on the size, you’ll need 50–60 g of cotton yarn. For the sea creatures on the lid, I used scraps of salmon-colored cotton.
More details and the pattern are available here!

The crocheted shells go perfectly with the box shown above. They look harder to make than they actually are. You can crochet them from small pieces of leftover yarn that you’re sure to have at home. Almost any type of yarn works well for this. Depending on the thickness of the yarn, the shells will turn out smaller or larger. Using variegated yarn with a short color gradient creates interesting patterns. With this pattern, you can crochet 3 different designs.

Everyone can use a pot holder! And when it’s as pretty as this little milk jug, it’s a decorative addition to any kitchen and will be used time and time again!
For this pot holder, you’ll need
  • approx. 60 g of blue cotton yarn (e.g., Catania LL, approx. 125 m/50 g)
  • approx. 30 g of white cotton yarn of the same quality
  • 3.0 mm crochet hook
  • 1 large sewing needle for weaving in ends
The pot holder is crocheted in double layers so you can slip your hand inside. The pattern includes a chart, but each row is also described in detail.
Get it right here!

Cardboard boxes for cosmetics or tissues get a maritime touch with this cover.

Thanks to the cord along the bottom edge, nothing can stretch out when "changing boxes," and everything can always be brought back into the desired shape. Also a great gift idea.

You can find exact material details here in the pattern

Crochet Pattern Snuffle Tissue Box

Made with chain stitches, slip stitches, single crochet stitches, and half double crochet stitches, this cover is easy for beginners to crochet.

As always, the pattern is written in a beginner-friendly way without abbreviations.

Pot holders are a must-have in every kitchen; crocheted by hand, they are still very much on trend and always make a wonderful little gift.

With these maritime models, you'll turn your kitchen into a galley.

Worked in Tunisian crochet, they are especially sturdy and provide good protection from heat. The basic stitch is explained in detail in a practice section in the pattern, so even beginners can dare to try this wonderful crochet technique.

All patterns are also available to buy individually in my shop stjerne61.

This set brings a festive Christmas touch.

Christmas Pot Holders Bundle / Tunisian Crochet

For each pot holder, I used 50 g in the main color and approx. 20 g - 30 g in the motif color,
e.g. cotton yarn from gründl or Schachenmayr.

As always, the patterns are written in a beginner-friendly way without abbreviations.

A toilet roll cover is practical and decorative...

... and a bit retro and quirky, but definitely prettier than a bare spare toilet roll in the bathroom.

You can find this one (and a few others) here:

How about some pretty little helpers in your kitchen?

Knollo the Potato Chef  is a master of fries and more.

Or crochet yourselves a few cheeky little fruits.
They’re wonderful as decorations, but also for playing and cuddling.

These lucky ladybug pot holders (mitts) are a pretty eye-catcher in any kitchen. They’re quick and easy to crochet, and it’s fun to make several of them as Christmas gifts.

Very suitable for beginners; basic knowledge is required.

The season of sniffly noses has begun.

The tissue box with butterflies and hearts is the perfect decor for the bathroom and also the kitchen. After all, you need tissues everywhere. At our house, these boxes even sit on the dining table—as an eco-friendly alternative to napkins.

Very easy for beginners to crochet—basic knowledge should be present. A little leftover yarn, and you can get started. By the way, it also makes a great Christmas gift.

Small dishcloths and scrub sponges can be crocheted beautifully and in no time at all using special dish sponge yarn. I have a pattern for you here that explains, step by step and with some helpful photos, how you can make these cute flip-flops and bring a little summer feeling back into your kitchen and bathroom.

What you’ll need: a crochet hook, a tapestry needle, scissors, and Rico Creative Bubble, Rellana Funny Scrub, or other dish sponge yarn.

You can also make the flip-flops as bag charms.

This little owl is crocheted from dish sponge yarn (Rico Creative Bubble or Rellana Funny Scrub) and works great as a dishcloth or cleaning cloth in the kitchen and bathroom. The owl also makes a real standout gift and, paired with a nice shower gel, is a wonderfully practical little present.

For the owl, you’ll need: a crochet hook, a darning needle, scissors, stitch markers, and dish sponge yarn

Of course, you can also crochet the little owl as a bag charm or appliqué.

Whether for the bathroom or kitchen - this gorgeous crochet basket always fits ♥

Thanks to the crochet technique, it is very sturdy even without wire, and with bulky yarn (57 m per 50 g) and a 4.5 mm hook, it works up quite quickly too :-)

The little basket measures about 19 x 19 cm, but can be crocheted larger or smaller with thicker or thinner yarn.

The toilet paper roll cover... yes, it still exists.
Playfully jazzed up, with the eyes as the highlight.
Very easy to crochet, fun for your own bathroom or as a funny little gift to bring along.
