This colorful children’s jacket made of merino wool, with a hood and pockets, is just right for the playground or fall walks.

The jacket fits approximately sizes 92–104, so it grows with your child a little.
Recommended for experienced knitters. It is knitted top down with raglan shaping and has only two seams—one seam on each pocket.

With its half-length sleeves, Hishi is perfect for the transitional season.
These sleeves feature a lace pattern that also runs halfway down the lower part of the front and back panels.

Measurements and yarn quantities for the sample shown are listed in the description.

Hishi can be knitted in any size.

If half-length sleeves aren’t your style, simply knit them to your preferred length.

The PDF file consists of 2 pages and is suitable for advanced knitters.

The “Cool Temptation” poncho is definitely perfect for the transitional season. You can wear both short-sleeved and long-sleeved shirts underneath it.
https://www.crazypatterns.net/de/items/40425/cool-temptation-gestrickter-poncho

You’ll need at least 300g of yarn with a length of at least 400 m per 100g. The poncho is one-size-fits-all.
The patterns are explained with charts; the initial lace pattern requires a bit of concentration, but the rest is a breeze.

Stylish vests always come in handy, and especially now in the transitional season they are ideal companions. Like the crochet vest "V".

Made with just one gradient cake, with this pattern you’ll crochet yourself a truly fantastic eye-catcher.

V – the Roman numeral for five is the inspiration and the theme of this vest. The simple yet effective pattern makes crocheting fun and keeps boredom away. The crochet vest can be very easily adapted to any individual clothing size. Its unusual shape gives it that certain something - something you won’t find in any department store.

Materials needed:
  • depending on clothing size, approx. 1500 - 2000 meters of yarn for hook size 4 (e.g. a 4-ply gradient cake)
  • crochet hook size 4, plus one full hook size smaller for the edging
  • 5 stitch markers to mark the center of each edge
  • scissors
  • sewing needle
  • a measuring tape and / or a well-fitting sweater as a guide
  • brooch or shawl pin to close the vest
Skills needed:
  • chain stitches
  • single crochet
  • double crochet
  • slip stitches
  • magic ring (also called adjustable ring)
The pattern for crocheting the vest includes 15 pages. It contains:
  • written instructions
  • numerous pictures
  • detailed and professionally created crochet charts
  • a schematic drawing
This crochet pattern for a vest is suitable for:

With this pattern, you’ll crochet a chic poncho for the transitional season. The technique used is called “Interlocking Crochet.”

The crochet poncho is made from 2 rectangles and features a large collar.

Materials needed:
  • Approx. 2,000 meters of yarn (e.g., LanaGrossa 365 Cashmere) in two different colors, with a ratio of approx. 60% : 40% (main color, contrast color)
  • A crochet hook at least one full size larger than recommended for the yarn used, and one full size smaller for the collar
  • 2–3 stitch markers
  • Measuring tape
  • Scissors
  • Sewing needle
Required skills:
  • Foundation single crochet
  • single crochet
  • chain stitches
  • double crochet
  • front and back post double crochet
  • back post single crochet
  • treble crochet
  • treble crochets worked together
The crochet pattern is 20 pages long and includes:
  • Diagrams
  • A photo tutorial consisting of 62 images
  • A written pattern
  • Detailed and professionally designed crochet charts

How about a shoulder warmer?
I really love these cozy and lightweight pieces that are easy to tuck away...

I’m actually almost always out and about with a slightly larger bag that has plenty of room for Frederike. Then, if I get chilly, I can make myself cozy again right away with it.

You can find the pattern for the Frederike shoulder warmer here:  https://www.crazypatterns.net/de/items/36687/schulterwaermer-frederike-in-einheitsgroesse-haekelanleitung

In this mild weather, a knitted sweater is often enough

This pattern is available in two sizes (6 and 9 months).

There is a knitting chart for the pattern, and the pattern is also explained in writing row by row.

The pattern is detailed, and the sweater’s measurements in cm are shown in a sketch. I indicate how many rows/pattern repeats I knitted with my yarn (yardage 85 m / 25 g, e.g. Schachenmayr Baby smiles Merino Wool).

The sweater has a slit with a button at the back, so it can be put on and taken off comfortably and easily.

Here you can find the pattern

In between seasons, a small lightweight loop is often all you need

Crochet pattern for an easy-to-wear loop scarf.

The crochet pattern consists of just one pattern row, making it an ideal project for on the go or in front of the TV.

Basic knowledge of double crochet, chain stitches, and slip stitches is required. For a neat finish, a row of crab stitches is crocheted (this stitch is also shown in the pattern).

I used Schachenmayr Merino Extrafine 285 Lace, 50 g / 285 m. With 50 grams, you’ll get a loop that’s 24 cm high and 30 cm wide (measured from left to right). I used a 3.5 mm hook. You can find the pattern here
