I transferred payment for a pair of children's shoes, but I can't download anything

Hello Marion,
payment for patterns can be made in several ways:
1. PayPal balance
2. PayPal direct debit
3. Bank transfer
We’re currently still waiting for the payment to come through. As soon as we receive the payment, you’ll get a notification email with a link to download the pattern.
Bank transfers can take up to 5 business days to process, so if you paid by bank transfer, please be patient.
