Heinzelmännchen Tuesday: What’s your current project?

what are you working on right now?

Right now, I’m working on a square doily with an openwork pattern.
It’s meant to depict fir trees, and I plan to embroider their outlines with matching thread.

My cowl is almost finished — it’s hanging out in the garden right now ;)
Tonight I’d like to make some potholders using tapestry crochet.

I’m just about to continue crocheting my jacket in the garden.

I’m going to sit out on the balcony right now and knit a little more on my sweater so it doesn’t turn into a long-term UFO. Once the sun goes down and it gets cooler, I’ll continue writing a few patterns.

It rained a little while ago. Now my mother-in-law is out for a walk with Anton, and I’m crocheting a bit on the blanket for my mom.

Today I’m finishing up the pointed cap for the Butzemann. I’ll tie on the hair and sew on the cap. Then all that’s left is the sack.
It’ll be a Christmas gift for my best friend’s little girl. I still need to embroider the face, and then she can dance around the tree with her Bi-Ba-Butzemann.

It’s the very first doll I’ve ever crocheted. It didn’t turn out too bad, though. But I’m not going into mass production. I prefer making animals and blankets.

Today, the second tissue pouch is almost finished—it’s going to get a few more siblings! The owl on the washcloth is still getting its beauty sleep before it’s presented to its new owner tomorrow. There are lots of plans—way too many…
