Temperatures have dropped. So I wanted to remind you that all those winter scarves, jackets, sweaters, and gloves won’t crochet or knit themselves.
If you don’t want to freeze this winter, you should get started now. Get to it, heh.

I’ll admit it too. I also started preparing for winter last week ;-). Once winter is over, it’s time to prepare for the next one again ;-).

I agree—I think it’s mostly the vendors who are thinking about winter patterns right now.

The weather is really unpredictable—you just have to be prepared for anything! Are there any new trends for winter yet?

I’m not cold, but you might as well get a head start.
I’m also knitting some lined slippers for myself right now. I got the idea at the spa—the landlady showed me hers, and I really wanted to try making them. Hooray, one is done.

It’s almost mid-August… and everything points to fall and winter. I’ve noticed in my shops that people are already buying more and more Christmas patterns.
Today I uploaded a pattern for a baby winter jacket.
It’s always like this (at least for me)—I still have lots of summer ideas in my head. But now it’s really time to focus on fall and winter instead.
There just aren’t enough hours in the day! ;)

It’s miserable out there. But that also means: crochet time. Right now, I’ve got a long, colorful cowl on my hook.
