Weekend Plans: What Are You Up To?

The week is over. How are you all doing? What are you up to?

Good morning. Today I’m going to the soccer stadium. DFB Cup :-) Dassendorf (a small village near Hamburg; they play in the Oberliga) vs. Duisburg. And tonight we’re going out for a nice dinner. Anton is sleeping over at my parents’ place today. On Sunday, we’ll sleep in first, then maybe briefly head over to the beach volleyball. (That’s always a huge deal in Hamburg)... and in the afternoon, we’ll pick Anton up again.

We’re about to head to the campground in our RV. Tonight, an Italian friend is performing, and we’re looking forward to the concert… and to hitting the dance floor again. The weather’s cooperating too—the thunderstorm is coming this afternoon, and it’ll be clear tonight.

As always, Greek tonight and family day tomorrow.

My Tunisian crochet hook with cord arrived today :-), and I’m going to test it out after the Greek meal while watching TV—I just still need the right yarn for my project.

Both of my grandchildren have birthdays in September, so my daughter has asked me to make some handmade items—clothes and a carrier for my older grandson’s doll, and a crocheted doll for my younger grandson. So I’ll be really busy for a while—even beyond the weekend. But I’ve already finished something :-)
