My series with grannies began with the "Gittergranny"



My granny measures 14 x 14 cm, and the pattern explains how to make the granny in writing (with photos) and with a crochet chart drawn by me.

Grannies can be used in many ways, whether for clothing, a blanket, or as a pillow. A small project for on the go in your handbag.

Here you can find the pattern for the Granny Gittermuster.

At the moment there is one pattern for 6 granny squares, all of which are the same size: 14 x 14 cm.
My latest granny square - Number6 - has a flower in the middle.



All granny squares have the same number of stitches in the last round, so you can either crochet them together or sew them together. But of course the granny squares also look great on their own, e.g. as a cushion or neck roll.

You should know how to work double crochet, single crochet, and chain stitches.
