Color Campaign

A big round of applause to all the creators of the new Color Campaign.

Isn’t there any link? I don’t see anything, and I wouldn’t even know what or which colors to look for...

Yes, I also find it annoying every time that the campaign isn’t publicized until so late. Customers who aren’t authors themselves know practically nothing about it. Why isn’t there a link that’s clearly visible to everyone from day one?

This time, it’s being mentioned particularly late, or at least that’s how it seems to me. The patterns have been up for almost two days already.

Michaela, just type “summer-2018” into the search bar at the top.
Then you’ll see the full overview. The colors are white, pink, bright pink, and apple green.

I also hope that a bit more attention will be given to it soon.
It would be a real shame if the authors’ many wonderful ideas got lost in the crowd

You’re right—I hadn’t even noticed that the campaign wasn’t mentioned anywhere.
Monika mentioned it in the July projects, and I got to test crochet for Mel, which is why I knew about it.
It’s a shame that it isn’t better known, because there are so many great ideas in there.

I’d already been wondering about the lovely color projects, but I also only happened to read about the color challenge here today.

@ Bastelfan, the color campaign is discussed here in the forum again and again. Emails were also sent to all sellers about it.

That’s true, but customers don’t hear anything about it because it’s only being discussed in the authors’ forum!
Maybe we should announce the campaign in the general forum as well?

Maybe a promotional thread for the event would be helpful?

It’s already been posted on the Facebook page. I’m sure there’s more to come.

Josefa, won’t there be a special newsletter for the Color Challenge this time, like there usually is? After all, not many people are checking the forum right now.

The summer break and the heat aren’t exactly drawing many people to the forum or to their knitting needles at the moment. That’s just another factor, of course.

Alexander and Mario know more about the newsletter than I do.
