Hi,

I’m still working on the unicorn keychains.

My girls are at a birthday party today, so later I’ll be able to
crochet quietly for an hour or two.

With the temperature currently at 34 degrees in the shade, I don’t feel like working with wool today, especially since my blanket is already lying on my legs. I’m going to read a little now and then jump back in the pool later. 

Mel, I feel the same way today. I’m doing exactly the same thing in this sweltering heat.

Maybe I’ll continue crocheting my pieces tonight.

I’m working on the second sleeve of my sweater right now.

I also went to the woods with my daughter this morning to take a few more photos.

I started working on a birthday gift for a friend on Sunday. It’s going to be a table runner with the Eiffel Tower on it. The yarn is nice and thin, so I can work on it even in this weather. 

Today is my 26th wedding anniversary with the man of my dreams, so we’ll be grilling vegetables tonight. :-)
My knitting needles are taking a break today and will be back in action tomorrow.
Then I’ll keep working on my new crochet project.

By the way, I’m amazed by my husband. He’s actually not interested in knitting or crocheting at all. ;-) But lately, he’s constantly pointing out things or details on clothes that are crocheted or knitted. He’s even started helping me come up with ideas. Isn’t that sweet?
