These candy cones are very quick and easy to crochet!
They are made from colorful leftover yarn that almost everyone has lying around at home in their yarn stash :) 

This pattern is great for beginners!

Materials:
- any yarn
- suitable hook size 
- a little silk ribbon

Fillable school satchel 


Crochet pattern for a sturdy fillable school satchel / kindergarten bag
7-page PDF file with lots of pictures and step-by-step instructions. In this crochet pattern, I’ll show you how to crochet this small, sturdy, fillable school satchel or kindergarten bag.
Ideal as a small gift for children starting school, kindergarten kids, students, etc... You can fill the satchel with little treats, e.g. candy, gummy bears, or of course banknotes.
The small satchel is also perfect as a keychain.

Wasti, the funny dachshund, loves to store your pens in his belly, helping keep your school bag organized.
Wasti isn’t hard to crochet. You’ll need cotton yarn (125 m/50 g, e.g. Catania) and, for the ears and tail, some fluffy yarn or fringed yarn, also in brown. You’ll also need a 3.0 mm crochet hook, some stuffing, a zipper about 12 cm long, and possibly googly eyes. All that’s missing is the crochet pattern

The new school year is getting closer, and for some children it will be their first school year. With the contents of this school backpack, you can make your new school starter very happy and sweeten the start of this new phase of life for them.


 
The backpack is made from photo cardstock and measures approx. 16.5 x 26 x 9 cm. With a little crafting experience, it is very easy to make.
