The pattern includes a crochet chart, and each row is explained in writing. Since there are also plenty of pictures in the pattern, it’s suitable for beginners.

It’s always a good idea to have a small supply of decorative flowers on hand, especially since they’re very easy to make and can be recreated effortlessly even by beginners.

The flowers are made from photo cardstock. The pattern includes template drawings for 3 flower shapes, each available in 5 to 7 sizes ranging from about 3 to 7.5 cm, as well as circle templates for the flower centers.

This shawl is intended not only, but especially, for beginners. After all, even as a beginner you eventually want to knit something real, not just potholders all the time.
Basically, you can knit the shawl in any yarn. I always like the pretty sock yarns for this, but it’s not a must. And you can simply keep knitting for as long as you like.

Here is the pattern.

This rectangular stole is also well suited for beginners. The pattern can be adapted very easily to personal preferences, as a scarf or as a much wider shawl. You should be able to knit knit and purl stitches, and that’s all the skill you need.

You can find the pattern here.

Absolutely suitable for beginners is the crochet pattern
“Dangly Animal Little Calf”
The cute dangly calf is made with Bravo by Schachenmayr and is approx. 39 cm long.

The detailed pattern, like all my patterns, includes a detailed photo series with pictures for precise step-by-step crocheting, as well as a short pattern without images for printing.

A super-simple pattern that even complete beginners can follow is the one for these pretty, fruity coasters. The practical part: You can also use them as glass lids, so leaves or insects can’t fall into your drink when you’re outdoors.
If you crochet the coasters a bit larger (just add a few more rounds) and attach a loop to them, you’ll have matching pot holders right away.
You can find the pattern for kiwi, melon, apple, lemon, and orange HERE!

There’s no surface you can’t decorate with this pink flower garland: as a table runner, wall decoration, or to embellish your curtains—it looks beautiful anywhere and is very easy to make.

The individual flowers measure 5 cm and 7.5 cm and are made from cardstock. The length of the garland is adjustable and depends on your project.

Summer Scarf Tintasola

-- to the pattern --

The Tintasola scarf is an airy lace scarf and charms with a pattern that is easy to remember but looks sophisticated.

It is an airy accessory for summer. - The scarf can easily be varied in length and width, e.g. narrow as a delicate scarf or wide as an
airy stole.

You only need basic crochet skills. The scarf in the photo was crocheted from a 4-ply gradient yarn cake with a length of 570 m.

Really great for crochet beginners: My double-layer neck scarf for babies and children

Click here for more information and photos

Even as a beginner, you can make this wonderful basic piece for your little sweetheart yourself super easily and super quickly. It is made in two layers and nestles gently around the neck like a turtleneck. On cooler days, it works wonderfully
as a scarf substitute; for teething children, the cotton version can
also work really well as a
drool bib.
Thanks to the practical snap, it can be fastened at the back of the neck in no time.

The pattern includes 2 patterns for 2 sizes. This lets you crochet lots of practical neck scarves from the "can sit up" stage to about age 4!

Have fun crocheting!

The next fall with icy wind is sure to come! ;-)

With my pattern, you can knit wonderful baby mittens in a brilliantly simple way! No set of double-pointed needles, no purl stitches! Even as a beginner, you’ll make them so easily and quickly!

Click here for lots more photos and details!

Why are these mittens so brilliantly simple and so great for beginners?

  • they are knitted entirely in garter stitch — so you only need to knit knit stitches
  • they are knitted only in rows, back and forth, and sewn together later (but you can hardly see it) – you don’t need to work with a set of double-pointed needles here
  • at the end, you only need to weave in 2 ends per mitten — everything is knitted in one go and sewn together
  • the pattern is written in great detail and with lots of pictures — it’s important to me that every beginner has fun and success with it
  • you only need one ball of yarn for this project, and it works up super quickly — you can easily finish one mitten in an evening
  • the decrease by knitting two stitches together is explained explicitly and in detail in a photo tutorial
  • the only slightly tricky part is picking up stitches from the knot edge. I show you that very clearly too: picture by picture and step by step, you’ll manage it well even as a beginner!

Have fun knitting!

P.S. The mittens are also very well received as a gift!

Even beginners can make this autumn-inspired triangular shawl .

The PDF pattern consists of two pages.

This modern triangular shawl is so fluffy and soft that you’ll want to cuddle up in it right away. It is crocheted from the side and is nearly symmetrical.

The pattern is super easy to work. Since you mostly insert your hook only under chain spaces, it’s wonderfully relaxing to crochet - perfect for the garden or a coffee get-together!
Everything is explained in great detail in the pattern, with lots of step-by-step photos, text, and a crochet chart.

Thanks to the lace pattern, the shawl is wonderfully light and soft. It drapes beautifully and can be worn in many different ways.
