A great weekend project:

Grab a few leftover bits of yarn and crochet this pretty little basket with berries! It’s perfect right now during berry season. You can use the basket as a table decoration, but it’s also a great addition to a kids’ play store or play kitchen. Then your little ones can bake a wonderful berry cake with you.

I used cotton yarn (Catania and Catania Fine) for the basket and berries. But any other yarn of similar thickness will work, too. Crochet hooks: 2.0 mm or 2.5 mm.

The pattern is available here!

A summery bracelet crocheted from leftover yarn is just the thing for a small weekend project.

Even without beads and in other colors, it’s quick and easy to make, ideal for beginners.

It is crocheted with:
  • slip stitches and chain stitches
  • pulling up loops and crocheting them off (described)
The pattern is written in a beginner-friendly way without abbreviations.

You can knit this cute little cuddly bear for your child or grandchild. They’ll never want to part with this little friend.

Even as a beginner (with basic skills), you can easily knit this sleepy bear. It’s very simple, and all the steps are explained.

It’s best to get started right away. You’ll only need leftover yarn.

Decorative coasters “little snowflakes”

The decorations/coasters “little snowflakes” with a diameter of approx. 10 cm are very well suited for the Christmas season and create a cozy atmosphere. They can be beautifully placed on a festive table as coasters for candle holders or used as door and window decorations. Not much yarn is needed to make one snowflake, so they can be crocheted from leftover yarn.
