Oh, I’d been holding out for months, but yesterday I just had to place another order. Luckily, I still had a 50-euro gift card from my birthday, so it didn’t end up being quite as expensive :-)
I’ve already started thinking about winter and Christmas, so I went ahead and ordered a few matching colors right away.
I haven’t bought anything yet, but I got two gift cards for the local yarn shop for my birthday, so I can go shopping quickly if I need to. But for now, I’m continuing to reduce my stash.
I’m using up my stash. I haven’t bought any yarn in weeks. Thank goodness I’m so busy in the garden that I’d rather spend the rest of my time crocheting than shopping.
I did a lot of shopping in June, including a lovely yarn made of virgin wool and hemp. It feels great, and I’m already looking forward to knitting with it.
Right now, I have everything I need. However, since I’m planning another visit to Waltraud’s yarn shop this month, I’m sure something there will find its way into my bag.
Not yet!
I’m heading out this afternoon, because as always, the exact yarn I need is out of stock. Hopefully I’ll find exactly what I’m looking for :-)
I don’t hold back on this. If I need yarn, I buy it—and that’s that! However, I (almost) never buy yarn anymore without already having a project in mind. Otherwise, it usually sits around forever before I actually use it.
I’d like to buy 1 kg of beautiful new gradient yarn this weekend. I think these soul warmers are absolutely fantastic, and I wanted to try making one. I’ve never tackled such a big project before—just smaller ones.
