Hi everyone,
I have a question. Can someone please tell me where I can find the patterns I bought??? Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to download them after purchasing them, and now I can’t find them again.

Hello to Denmark :)

Try clicking on "Account" in the top right of the bar, then on "Downloads". All your purchased patterns should appear there.

no, unfortunately not. I’ve checked there what feels like 10 times already. I’ve looked everywhere and can’t find anything.

Okay, that’s strange.

Could it be that you accidentally have two accounts?
It also happens time and again that someone here (possibly by accident too) creates a second account and then logs in with the wrong one.

No, I just checked my emails and opened the first email I received after creating my account, and I clicked on the link in it. There’s nothing there either.
