Click here for the crochet pattern for the guard owl

These cute little animals are more than just door decorations. Both the little guard bear and the guard owl have an important function that is especially popular with children. They keep watch right at the door to make sure no one enters the room when its occupant has set it to STOP.

Both door guards are easy to crochet even for beginners with basic knowledge. All steps are described and shown in detail.

By the way ... both patterns are also available as a value set in my shop.

Every family with a child starting school is currently preparing for this new phase of life. In addition to the necessary errands, such as buying a school backpack, there are many other things that help make the start of school as pleasant as possible. This includes crafting appropriate decorations. One example is this window decoration .

The picture is made from photo cardstock and tracing paper. The design, which measures approximately 48.5 x 48 cm, has only a few small details and is therefore very quick and easy to cut out.

Crochet pattern for a round tablecloth:

For the Midori tablecloth, you’ll need a 150 g 4-ply “tone-on-tone” yarn cake (50% cotton / 50% polyacrylic) with a length of approx. 570 m, as well as a size 3.5 crochet hook.

When blocked, the tablecloth measures 64 cm in diameter.

The 4-page PDF pattern is suitable for experienced crocheters.

Up, up, and away in my beautiful balloon...

The little mouse in the balloon is a great decoration—not just for a child’s room. It looks especially decorative under a lamp or by a window. It can also be taken out for play.

If you want to crochet it yourself, you’ll need one skein each of cotton yarn in gray, natural, and mint (you might also need some thin fluffy yarn for the mouse—though the gray cotton alone is sufficient), stuffing, and a Styrofoam ball.

This little crocheted wreath looks especially pretty on doors or windows. It has a diameter of 12 cm and can be made from leftover yarn. You’ll also need a small Styrofoam wreath and maybe a few beads. The pattern is also suitable for beginners.

Decorative and practical at the same time.

A decoration for fans of the mystical... for the bathroom.

The pattern is available here: https://www.crazypatterns.net/de/store/Fun-Design

A nicely wrapped spare roll of toilet paper can bring atmosphere to a dreary bathroom—the cover is quick to crochet and a lovely eye-catcher.

Soccer Doily Crochet Pattern

Perfect decoration for the upcoming Soccer World Cup parties.
Even without soccer, this doily is a must-have for all soccer fans, young or old.

The doily will be approximately 45.0 cm wide and 65.0 cm long.

If you would like it a little bigger, you can simply use thicker yarn, or even better, just crochet a few more individual pieces. This doily consists of several individual pieces, which are then sewn together and edged.

I describe the doily in detail in a multi-page pattern, and lots of pictures are included to make it easier for beginners to follow. If you need help, I’ll be very happy to assist you.

Materials
  • Drops Cotton Light (white & black)
  • Crochet hook 4.0 (or as desired)
  • Sewing needle/darning needle
  • Scissors
What you will crochet
  • chain stitch
  • turning chain
  • stitch
  • double crochet
  • slip stitch
  • crochet in rounds
  • crochet in back-and-forth rounds
Have fun crocheting!

This decorative garland is just the right color for sunny weather and even provides a little shade as a window decoration.

The garland is made from cardstock and is about 83 cm long. It is crafted on both sides and therefore looks pretty from either side. With a little patience, even craft beginners can easily make this garland.

Perfect for everyone who doesn’t want to keep changing their decor all the time:
The placemats for coffee lovers
Because coffee is simply perfect all year round :)

These sets are crocheted using the mini C2C technique, which is described in detail in the pattern.

What you need:

♦ Crochet yarn in the colors you want, recommendation: cotton with a yardage of 125 m / 50 g, e.g. Schachenmayr Catania or Scheepjes Catona. Background color: approx. 2 skeins, all other colors: less than 1 skein
♦ Crochet hook: For the yarn types mentioned, I recommend a 3 mm hook. If you use a different yarn, you may need a different hook.

The following stitches are crocheted: chain stitches, half double crochet and slip stitches.

Get the pattern here and start right away! :)
There’s even 20% off until June 4!

Have fun with it.

Fruity-sweet tablecloth in a watermelon design

It is crocheted with cotton yarn (yardage about 100 m per 50 g) and a 3.5 mm hook.
This makes the tablecloth about 85 cm in diameter.

Of course, you can also crochet the tablecloth larger or smaller - it's not hard ♥

Beautifully nostalgic and suitable for many styles: the “Großmütterchen” placemats

Myboshi No. 2 was used here, with a yardage of about 100 m per 50 g
and a 3.5 mm hook.

The placemats have an approximate diameter of 37 cm.

For garden parties, you always need plenty of romantic lighting. The more, the better. An inexpensive option is to use pickle jars and give them a crocheted cover. Even beginners can make this quickly. Little effort -> big impact.

I hope you have fun making these.

P.S. This is what it might look like at the end of the evening ;-)

Every (garden) table needs a decorative bowl or basket.

This one is crocheted by hand. You can make the basket as large as you like. For materials, you can use the leftover yarn from your favorite yarns from past craft projects, because the basket is worked with multiple strands. Thanks to a plastic clothesline worked in that runs along in a spiral, it is sturdy and keeps its shape. It’s very easy to crochet, because you only have to crochet single crochet stitches all the way around. Anyone can do that. That’s why this pattern is also very suitable for beginners.

--> Click here and you’ll go directly to the pattern!

I hope you have lots of fun with this project - Yours, Ina.

    • 1 ribbon
I hope you have lots of fun making it—yours, Ina

And here’s another lovely decoration – for a table, shelf, or dresser.

The flower basket is made entirely of photo cardstock and measures approx. 16 x 19 cm; the flowers are made of photo cardstock, crepe paper, and wire and are approx. 15 cm tall. Everything is very easy to craft and, thanks to the detailed craft pattern, also well suited for beginners.
