Approval by support

Hello,
Yesterday I made my first attempt on crazypatterns—I listed a simple crochet piece for sale to see how it would be received. If my work attracts any interested buyers, I have more elaborate pieces ready to go. Now for my question: after uploading my documents, a message appears telling me to wait for approval from support. So far, so good. Does anyone know how long the review process takes on average, and whether you’re notified of the outcome via email?

Welcome to crazypatterns.

Normally, the pattern is approved within 24 hours, depending on how busy support is at the moment.
Once it’s approved, you’ll receive an email from crazypatterns.

If it’s still not approved by tomorrow, you can contact support again and ask :)

Hi Elbkiesel,

since your pattern hasn’t been approved yet, I suspect that you either accidentally saved it as a template or made a mistake somewhere when uploading the file, because otherwise it should already have been approved.

I’d recommend contacting support; they’ll be able to help you there!

Here it is. A very pretty blanket. 

Many thanks to everyone who encouraged me by saying, “The approval will work out—just be patient.” It worked out, and I’m now looking forward to listing more products.
