Sock question, or rather, sock swap ;-)

Hi everyone,

I thought nobody knits socks anymore—it’s totally out of style. I’m surprised to find out that people are still knitting socks!  I’ve never knitted any myself—the whole drama with a set of double-pointed needles is something I only remember from school, when we knitted mittens. ;-) But now there’s that foolproof alternative, the CraSyTrio, as I’ve seen. How do you knit socks?

I still knit socks with a set of double-pointed needles and have no problems with it. That said, I did buy the CraSy Trio two years ago. I haven’t tried them out yet, though. I rarely knit socks and also wanted to use them for hats.

So far, I’ve always knitted socks and gloves with a set of double-pointed needles. I want to cast on my next pair with the CraSy Trio—I’m curious to see how it goes with it!

I’m learning something new right away. What exactly is the CraSy Trio? Tell me more about it. Because I’m not exactly a fan of a set of double-pointed needles either...

That looks interesting—I’ve never seen that before! I actually always knit socks with a set of double-pointed needles. But you can also use circular needles. I’m not allowed to post a link, but try Googling “Magic Loop.” Or you’ll definitely find something on YouTube.

How cool is that! It’s absolutely brilliant for me, because I really don’t like knitting with a set of double-pointed needles.
I’m definitely going to get this awesome trio.
