Sleepy Baby – Free Amigurumi Crochet Pattern PDF

Sleepy Baby is a lovingly designed little crochet baby measuring approximately 10 cm tall. It features closed eyes, a pacifier, a hat, a top and short pants.

With this pattern, you can crochet both a boy and a girl version. Both are worked in exactly the same way – the different looks are created only by changing the colors.

The pattern also includes an optional tutorial for making a small Fimo pacifier.

You should have basic amigurumi crochet skills and be comfortable with single crochet, increases, decreases, continuous rounds, color changes, and sewing crocheted pieces together.

The pattern is written in English using US crochet terminology.

Materials needed:

• 100% cotton crochet thread, approx. 566 m / 100 g, in the colors of your choice
• 1.5 mm crochet hook
• light brown sewing or embroidery thread for the eyes and hair
• polyester fiberfill
• 3 half pearls
• a small amount of soft pastel chalk for the cheeks
• a small ready-made doll pacifier or, optionally, Fimo Soft for making your own pacifier
• sewing needle
• if needed, a suitable strong craft glue

For the optional Fimo pacifier, you will also need modeling tools, a smooth work surface, disposable gloves, parchment paper, and a baking sheet.
