The heads, hands, paws and other individual parts are crocheted. The soft cuddle blankets are made from wellness fleece, then joined with the crocheted pieces and finished with decorative crochet edging.

Both patterns guide you through making and finishing your cuddle creations with detailed written instructions, material lists, crochet abbreviations and numerous original photos.

Basic crochet knowledge is required. Both patterns have an “Easy” difficulty level.

For both patterns, you should already have basic crochet knowledge. A beginner crochet course is not included.

You should be familiar with the following crochet techniques:

• Magic ring
• Chain stitches and slip stitches
• Single crochet and half double crochet
• Double crochet and treble crochet

For finishing, you will also need:

REQUIRED MATERIALS

For the Baby Cuddle Happiness 2-Piece Set, you will need various yarns, soft wellness fleece, and accessories for crocheting, sewing and decorating.

1. CUDDLE TEDDY

• Cotton yarn (100% cotton, approx. 50 g / 125 m) in brown and beige, e.g. Catania or Carina
• Black size 10 crochet thread for the mouth, facial line and eyelids
• Wellness fleece in your chosen color, two round fabric pieces, each 26 cm in diameter
• Synthetic fiberfill for the head and paws
• Satin ribbon, approx. 65 cm long and 2.5 cm wide, for a bow measuring approx. 7 cm
• Pink pastel chalk or fabric paint for the cheeks, paws and ears
• Dark gray pastel chalk or fabric paint for shading the muzzle

2. CUDDLE BABIES

• Cotton yarn (approx. 50 g / 125 m) in skin tone for the head, ears, hands and feet
• Cotton yarn in gray, brown or your chosen colors for the crocheted edgings
• Cotton yarn in two coordinating colors for the collars
• 4-ply sock yarn for the girl's hat
• Cotton yarn in your chosen colors for the boy's hat, hat edgings and pompoms
• Cotton yarn in white and a contrasting color for the crocheted pacifiers
• Yarn for hair and bangs, 5 strands of yarn per figure
• Black sewing thread for the eyelids
• Apricot-colored yarn for the nose
• Red filet crochet thread for the mouth
• Wellness fleece in your chosen colors, two fabric layers for each cuddle blanket
• Fiberfill for the crocheted pieces
• Two small bows, approx. 2–3 cm, for the girl's hat
• Optional narrow ribbon or yarn for wrapping around the hat ears
• Pink pastel chalk or fabric paint for the cheeks
