Dear users, dear designers,
winter is over, thick socks aren't in such high demand in spring and summer. But summer socks that can be worn on cold tile floors are definitely in style. Shop now and start making them right away.

@Autoren,
2–3 patterns per designer are enough.

I have 3 pairs of house socks for summer to offer right away. They are all relatively easy to knit, since you don't have to knit that pesky heel. You should only know how to knit with a set of double-pointed needles. For more information, please see the respective links to the patterns!

Crocheting socks has always been a huge challenge for me, which is why I created this pattern—I want to make crocheting socks easier for you. The socks are crocheted from the cuff to the sole in back-and-forth rows. The cuff consists of post double crochets, which are worked alternately from the front and back, making the cuff very elastic. The toe of the sock is widened in the middle of the work by increasing stitches. The increases at the heel give the sock an anatomical fit. You’ll need to master these stitch variations:
  • single crochet
  • half double crochet
  • Post double crochet from the front, from the back
  • Decreases and increases are worked using half double crochet
  • triple decrease: decrease 3 stitches together using half double crochet
For this great project, you’ll need:
  • a 2.0 crochet hook
  • 100g / 420m of sock yarn; I used AKTIV sock yarn by Supergarne, which comes in many great colors and spectacular color gradients
  • a pair of scissors
  • a size 3–3.5 crochet hook for the foundation chain and the first row of half double crochets to close the sole of the sock.Click here to go directly to the pattern
