Baby Shoes—Knitting and Crocheting

The booties are knitted with a set of double-pointed needles, and the top edge is crocheted.

Each row is explained in writing in the pattern. You’ll need to know knit and purl stitches; the closure is worked using post double crochet stitches.

A hooded baby blanket is always a classic. Every little one loves being kept warm in a colorful, cozy blanket.

The pattern uses chain stitch, double crochet, slip stitch, and single crochet.
The instructions are detailed in both text and charts, and you’ll also find the crochet chart for both the blanket and the hood.

I used the following materials for the blanket:
Yarn (50g = approx. 196 meters), hook size 2.5–3 (I used Woll Butt Versailles). However, since I tend to crochet rather tightly, I opted for a size 4 hook to make it nice and fluffy.

I wish all the little ones cozy and peaceful afternoons in their baby blankets.

A guardian angel is always useful! Here you have a whole heavenly orchestra!

Whether with or without instruments, these cute little angels are a welcome gift everywhere. You can crochet them using just a little leftover yarn and use them as gift tags or lucky charms.

The angels in the picture were crocheted with Catania by Schachenmayr (LL 125 m / 50 g - hook size 2.5 mm). I used curly doll hair yarn for the hair. But you can also use a different yarn of similar weight. Mohair yarn looks best for the hair. The instruments are available in craft and floristry shops.

Are you still looking for a pretty decoration for summer or for the bathroom?

You can crochet these beautiful shells from almost any leftover yarn.
You’ll get the patterns for 3 different shells, which you can vary even more by using different colors and yarn weights. The shells look very realistic. They turn out best if you use pastel colors or gradient yarn.

You can find the pattern here! Click me!

A classic is this beautiful shoulder bag / shopper in natural tones.

This casual bag is a great companion for everyday life! Elegant in natural tones, classic and casual in shape, it goes with many outfits and is a real eye-catcher.

In the photos you can see the embroidered front and the unembroidered back. Of course, you can embroider both sides or leave the bag "plain"—just as you like.

Here’s the pattern

Shawl "Gentle Breeze" - beautiful and versatile for snuggling up and feeling cozy.
Thanks to the lace pattern, the shawl drapes wonderfully loosely and softly. This makes it very comfortable and wearable in many different ways.

Crocheted with 1 Bobbel (800 m / 200 g yardage) and a 3.00 mm hook.

An insider tip from me: Sew leather soles under your felted shoes! If you still have an old leather jacket that isn’t nice enough to wear anymore, make leather soles out of it!

Felt—a fantastic warming, temperature-regulating material for slippers—lasts about 1 year. Then the felt wears through under the heel from the mechanical friction of walking. If you sew a leather sole onto it, they last at least 4 years—that’s my own experience. And it looks nicer, too.

In my pattern you’ll find out which tools you need and how it’s done—and of course a template is included too. You probably won’t make felted shoes without leather soles anymore in the future.

Best regards - Yours, Ina

P.S. And this is how it could look on your shoes too:

The absolute classic in my Häkel.Boutique is the “Schlummerdino” crochet pattern. It measures a full 50 cm long and is the perfect cuddly size for both little and big dino fans.

The detailed pattern includes many pictures and step-by-step instructions, so even amigurumi beginners can successfully complete the project. The required prior knowledge is clearly described in the product description.

Tip: There’s a separate pattern for the Baby Schlummerdino (also pictured), as well as a value pack that includes both patterns.

Little Sheep Egg Cozy Crochet Pattern
Click here to go directly to the crochet pattern

What you’ll need:
  • Approx. 15g of yarn (it’s best to use 100% cotton yarn, as this makes the egg cozies nice and sturdy. Of course, you can also use any other yarn) in white or brown, suitable for a 3mm crochet hook. Leftover yarn in green.
  • A darning needle and scissors
  • Some stuffing for the head
  • 3mm crochet hook.
  • Googly eyes and superglue
To give the sheep a better fleece look, I use bobbles. I explain these at the beginning of the pattern and illustrate everything with pictures, so you’ll understand this technique very quickly ;-). All the other steps are also illustrated and explained with lots of pictures. Difficulty level: medium — you should already have some crochet experience ;-) and not choose the sheep as your very first crochet project. The little sheep egg cozies are a super cute eye-catcher on any breakfast table! They’re also ideal as a gift ;-) !!!

Unicorn Egg Cup Crochet Pattern
Click here to go directly to the crochet pattern

Brighten up your breakfast table with these cute unicorn egg cups. The unicorn egg cups will put a smile on your face first thing in the morning. They make great gifts and are real eye-catchers :-) What you’ll need:
  • Approx. 20g of white yarn, suitable for a 3mm crochet hook. I used 100% cotton, which makes the egg cup nice and sturdy.
  • Scraps of pink yarn (for the unicorn’s mouth), also suitable for a 3mm hook
  • Scraps of white yarn, suitable for a 2mm hook (for the ears)
  • Scraps of purple or yellow/gold yarn, suitable for a 2mm hook (for the horn)
  • Yarn for the mane and tail
  • 6mm safety eyes
  • stuffing
  • Scissors, darning needle, stitch markers
16-page crochet pattern with plenty of pictures
Difficulty level: Easy—you should be familiar with the basic crochet techniques (making a magic ring, crocheting in spiral rounds, single crochet, sewing on individual pieces...). The pattern uses only single crochet stitches, so it’s also suitable for beginners.

You can also make these paper flowers in the garden, as long as it’s not too windy :-).

The Cape daisies are made from photo cardstock, crepe paper, and aluminum wire and are about 25 cm tall. They’re easy to make and are also well suited for patient beginners. Accurate full-size templates and instructions with every step described in detail ensure a fun crafting experience and a beautiful result.

To make things clear, the pattern includes 3 charts of the motifs, 1 crochet chart, as well as
a illustrated step-by-step explanation for changing colors.

The finished table runner is approximately 158 x 45 cm in size. However, the specified gauge and the crochet area between the motifs allow room for individual lengths.

Another lovely classic is the strawberry door wreath.

Here I get to introduce you to a few of my decorative classics. They’re a wonderful way to pretty up your home and yard.

Crochet pattern for lanterns

These lanterns look great in the living room, but also on the terrace. They bring that summer feeling right along with them. As a nice bonus, you can also use up your leftover yarn.
--> So get the crochet pattern and the additional pattern info here: crocheted lanterns

Crocheted-around jars LICHTERSCHEIN
Sitting comfortably on the terrace in the evening, enjoying a glass of wine or beer? That instantly brings on a vacation feeling. And of course candlelight is a must. These crocheted-around jars are perfect for that, because they shimmer in the colors of the yarn, and with an LED candle or LED light they’re also completely safe. This pattern is also a wonderful way to crochet with leftover yarn.
--> So get the crochet pattern and the additional pattern info here: lantern LICHTERSCHEIN

Pillow SMILE
This crocheted pillow can be used both as decoration and for cuddling. You can crochet it in your favorite colors, maybe in rainbow colors, or just in two colors. Or simply try out several options. The pillow measures 40 x 80 cm, so it can be filled with a standard insert.

Potholders are a classic in their own right. And now, with Mother’s Day coming up, they’re always the ideal gift, especially when they’re crocheted in the shape of flowers.

The pattern consists of 2 PDF files in which both types of potholders are explained to you step by step with lots of pictures.

Crochet stitches used: chain stitches, single crochet, double crochet, treble crochet, double treble crochet, and slip stitches

I used: 50 grams of 100% cotton per color - yardage: 50 grams = approx. 125 meters, gauge: 10 x 10 cm, and a size 3.5 crochet hook.
But you can use any potholder yarn you like; the pattern can be adapted to any size.

The simple cut combined with an easy openwork pattern makes this top/tunic quick and easy to crochet.

With a long-sleeved shirt underneath, it’s also a great garment for colder days.

Crocheted just a bit longer, it becomes a chic dress for, e.g., the beach.

The pattern is written for sizes 36/38, 40/42, and 44/46.
But other sizes are no problem either thanks to the simple cut,
how to do it is also explained in the pattern.

Here’s the pattern

The pattern includes text, a crochet chart (basic pattern), and a schematic drawing.

A sweater can dress up any outfit, even in the warmer seasons!

The special feature of this top is in the way it’s made—it is CROCHETED SIDEWAYS!
The spiral pattern is fun and supports the current trend.

The sweater’s cut is made entirely without decreases or increases,
so beginners too will enjoy this pattern.

A detailed row-by-row description guides you through the crochet process.
For clarification, there are also 3 crochet charts included in the pattern.
A schematic also makes it easier to follow.

This pattern is designed for sizes S/M/L/XL.
However, the pattern explains
how the sweater can be easily adjusted to any size.

The included pattern piece and the gauge swatches help with that!

And here’s the pattern and more details...

A detailed description guides you through the crochet process.
For clarification, a chart in crochet chart form can also be found in the pattern.
