Looking for a crochet pattern for a blanket with musical motifs

Hi,
can anyone help me? I’m looking for a crochet pattern for a cozy blanket with musical motifs. I’ve found a few online, but most of them are only available with patterns in Japanese. Can anyone help me? Best regards, Christine

Hello Christine,
welcome to our community.
How about choosing a pattern for a regular blanket here and then combining it with this free pattern for a treble clef as an appliqué / patch?

Hi,

thanks for the suggestion. That would be a good idea, but I was thinking of making the blanket with granny squares in black and white, and I’d prefer to crochet the whole thing myself. There are so many great pictures online, and I’d love to make this for my son to take with him to college.

I’ll definitely consider your suggestion, though, if I can’t find what I’m looking for. Thank you so much!

Christine
