This knitted stole looks wonderful in gradient yarns and, on top of that, isn’t difficult to knit at all. It features a simple lace pattern, explained in both written form and through a knitting chart. For my original, I used a cotton-blend yarn, but you can, of course, use other types of yarn as well.

The pattern can be found here.

This modern triangular shawl is so fluffy and soft that you’ll want to snuggle right into it. It is crocheted from the side and is almost symmetrical.

The pattern is super easy to work. Since you mostly stitch under chain-stitch arches, it’s wonderfully relaxing to crochet—perfect while watching TV or chatting over coffee!
Everything is explained in great detail in the pattern, with lots of step-by-step photos, text, and a crochet chart.

Thanks to the lace pattern, the shawl is wonderfully airy and soft. It drapes beautifully and can be worn in many different ways.

Here’s the pattern

We need them in every season and every yarn quality...
... the triangular shawls!
Hardly any accessory spruces up a supposedly boring outfit as much as our shawls.

The pattern used looks complex, but is so easy to make,
that even beginners will enjoy it!

A detailed step-by-step explanation guides you through the crochet pattern.
Row by row and stitch by stitch are explained.
For clarification, the pattern includes 1 chart in crochet chart form.

The size of the shawl is approximately 180 x 100 cm.
However, it can be worked smaller or larger as needed—with little effort.
The specified gauge helps with that!

And here’s the pattern and more details...

Like a river of fire and ash - GLOWING EMBERS:
The elegant lace stole is knitted with gradient yarn and a combination of simple lace patterns! Two tassels are added to the tapered ends, perfectly rounding off the overall look. It is worked mainly from knitting charts, and making the tassels is described in a photo tutorial.

Size: approx. 190 x 37 cm

Material:
  • Yarn: 800 m/200-220 g gradient yarn (50% cotton, 50% polyacrylic, 4-strand), I used an "Elfentraum" by ALINA DALICHAU in the color "Dark Mystery"
  • Knitting needles: No. 3½
  • Other: color-coordinated beads for the tassels, as well as 2 small lobster clasps and 2 crimp covers.
Prerequisites: basic knitting knowledge, working from a knitting chart

Here’s the pattern: Stole “Glowing Embers”

Wishing you all lots of fun knitting
Annette

Something airy for the beach in summer. Or simply for sitting outside in the evening with something around your shoulders that looks chic and also keeps a bit of the draft away. This cape/shoulder wrap meets all those needs!

The simple, repeating pattern is worked with chain stitches, single crochet, double crochet, and half double crochet.
With the detailed explanation of the pattern and lots of pictures, ambitious beginners can manage it too.

For this wrap, you need a 3-ply Bobbel with 200 to 250 grams and a size 3 crochet hook.
However, this pattern can also be easily adapted to Bobbels with more plies wound together.
