Prepaid Account Issues

I’ve been having trouble topping up my account for the past two days, which has never happened before.
Everything went fine with PayPal, but the top-up isn’t going through at crazypatterns.
I’ve emailed the team several times, but there’s been no resolution. I wanted
to buy a new pattern, but unfortunately!
I hope those 10€ aren’t gone for good.
If so, I won’t buy any more patterns. I’ll just switch to a competitor.
Have other buyers had similar problems?

the issue was resolved this morning. I apologize. It was apparently a technical error. The amount has been credited to your account.
