A pair of summer pants like this for babies is a wonderful thing. They are knitted without seams so nothing pinches. On cooler days, they also look great with a bodysuit; on hot days, the little pants over the diaper are enough. The pattern has 2 different appliqués, so they can be knitted for boys and girls.
