Perfect for warm days—whether over a bikini at the beach or over a tank top in the city—always an eye-catcher!
The mesh pattern is stable and doesn’t stretch out of shape, because the yarn overs alternate.

The pattern includes an exact cut for size 38/40.
However, the gauge in combination with the cut makes it possible to make any size!

And here’s the pattern and more details...

With this chic tunic, spring can come!

Thanks to the simple cut combined with an easy lace pattern, this top is quick and easy to crochet.

With a long-sleeved shirt underneath, it’s also a great garment for colder days.

The pattern is written for sizes 36/38, 40/42, and 44/46.
But other sizes are no problem either thanks to the simple cut,
how to do it is also explained in the pattern.

Go to the pattern here

The pattern includes written instructions, a crochet chart (basic pattern), and a schematic.

Summer will be here eventually :-) - so it's good if a top/shirt like this is already finished by then:

Knitting pattern for a summer top/shirt with a cowl neck

(To purchase/download, please click the image)

.. quick to knit.

The download also includes an Excel table for converting your individual gauge. This requires Microsoft Excel or LibreOffice; the latter is available online as a free download.

The PDF pattern is illustrated, but it is not a basic knitting course (a link for basic knitting techniques is included). Difficulty level: intermediate / easy for experienced knitters.

These knitting skills are required:
casting on stitches, purl and knit stitches, yarn over, knit stitches together, slip-slip-knit (is explained), increases from the strand between stitches, bind off stitches.

We need for sizes S/M/L:

300 g cotton (blend) ribbon yarn, Keiki by Austermann used here, 63% cotton, 37% polyamide, for needle size 5–6, gauge according to the ball band 16 stitches x 23 rows = 10 cm x 10 cm, 50 g – 90 m, pins for blocking, measuring tape, yarn needle for weaving in ends,  scissors, row counter is helpful. Used here: knitting needles size 5.0.
