HELP!! Crocheting a bottle

Dear crochet friends!!

I’d like to crochet a NOS bottle for my boyfriend (it should be about the size of a beer bottle—it can definitely be thicker than a beer bottle), but unfortunately I can’t find any suitable patterns for it. I can only find crochet patterns for wrapping around bottles, but I don’t know how to close the top.  Could you give me some tips on the best way to crochet this, or send me a pattern, or anything else?
