Plans for the Weekend / Happy Weekend

Dear users, dear authors,
it's finally the weekend. :-)
What are you up to?

Take a deep breath, stay calm, and try to surround myself only with people I really like. Just ignore the rest.
I’m definitely going to try!

This weekend, I’m going to crochet birthday gifts for my granddaughter. She’ll turn 2 on March 19. I’m also looking forward to taking walks in the spring weather and spending lots of time with my sweetheart. :-)

I’m taking a break from my cardigan right now to knit my daughter a cable-knit hat (she actually snatched mine away from me).
Tomorrow we still have to go to the library and do some shopping—maybe even out to the garden, since it looks pretty bad out there. The field mice are being driven over to us from the new development next door, and our lawn looks like a cratered landscape :(
