This is one of my calculation tools:

Gauge conversion table - Crochet and knitting - Excel calculation tool

(To purchase/download, please click the image)

This Excel spreadsheet is a tool for converting your personal gauge into the required number of stitches for your desired knitting/crochet project.

Important technical note:
For this, you need the Excel spreadsheet program or another spreadsheet program that can be downloaded for free from the internet, such as LibreOffice.

And here's how it works:
Enter the result of your personal gauge as well as the details for the specific pattern, and the required number of stitches will appear automatically.

Good luck!

You’ve got to have this cowl. It’s incredibly versatile and keeps your shoulders and neck nice and warm without making you sweat. That’s because you can wear it under any sweater.

The shoulder warmer/cowl is super easy and quick to knit, even for beginners with basic skills.

The knitting pattern contains no abbreviations, and you don’t need to print out the photos—they’re on separate pages.

This cute little pinafore dress for toddlers grows with your child for a while—from 1.5 to 5 years. During this time, it transforms into a strapless skirt.

Even beginners with basic knitting skills can easily knit this dress. The pattern explains all the steps, mostly with photos. The pinafore dress has no seams. It’s knitted in one piece from the bottom up. The crocheted heart appliqué is included in the pattern, as is, of course, the (simple) chart for the knitted-in hearts.

This tissue box with butterflies and hearts is a real must-have. It fits anywhere, and the tissues are packaged so nicely. The colors can be chosen to match your décor, completely individually. This box also makes an excellent gift.

The crochet pattern is very well and thoroughly written, so even beginners (with basic knowledge) can get along with it wonderfully.

Here’s the crochet pattern for the tissue box.

"Peek-a-Boo" roughly translates as "peekaboo"
A lovely name for this style!

This sleeveless vest is held by a button, which also stabilizes the collar.
In the right quality, it can be worn all year round—spices up any boring outfit in no time!
The "pearls" of the pattern used look as if they are wrapped.
This effect is created because the stitch groups are worked over two stitches
— simple, yet not boring.

Once you've crocheted the pattern repeat, you'll have got the hang of it—
even beginners will enjoy this pattern!

A detailed step-by-step explanation guides you through the crochet process.
For clarification, both a written-out pattern repeat,
as well as a chart in crochet chart notation can be found in the pattern.
In addition, a cutting template with an integrated schematic is included.

This pattern is designed for sizes S/M/L/XL.
However, the pattern describes exactly how
this vest can easily be adapted to any size.

The included cutting template and the gauge help with this!

And here’s the pattern and more details...

A soul warmer like this is ideal for spring!
In this mustard yellow, it's simply unbeatable.

This zigzag pattern is simply fun and looks fantastic on top of that.
The edging is worked with a relief pattern, which is simple—yet very effective.

The cut of the soul warmer requires no decreases or increases at all...
... so it's also absolutely recommended for beginners!

A detailed description guides you through the crochet process.
For clarification, there are 3 crochet charts in the pattern.
In addition, 3 diagrams help you through the crochet process step by step.

This pattern is designed for sizes S/M/L/XL.
However, the pattern explains how the shrug can be easily adjusted to any size.
The included cut and the gauge help with that!

And here you can find the pattern and more details...

For clarification, the pattern includes 3 charts of the motifs, 1 crochet chart, as well as
a illustrated step-by-step explanation for changing colors.

Thanks to two cleverly placed buttons, this poncho is a true transformation artist. Since the buttons fit through the lace pattern, there is no need to work in buttonholes—so the buttons can be fastened in any desired spot, creating a wide variety of ways to wear it!

The gift bag is made of photo cardstock, measures approximately 22 x 20 x 13 cm, and is quick and easy to make—even for beginners. Just be sure to follow the pattern carefully when making the bunnies, and everything will turn out perfectly the first time, with no trouble at all.

Knit socks the easy way! This Toe Up Quicky Sock 1.0 is knitted from the bottom (toe) up to the top (cuff). First I show the
basic technique for the Quicky Sock and then 2 different
cuff patterns. Using the size chart, you can knit different sizes
.
Many people still remember it from school. The heel in particular made quite a few people
break into a sweat. Thanks to my simple Quicky Heel, you can
do it without short rows and lots of counting, always working in rounds.
The socks are knitted upward from the toe. The heel shape I
developed is created with a few very simple increases and
decreases.
I also knitted the sock toe differently from the usual toes
. My sock toe adapts to the toes. You can also
start with a different toe. The written pattern shows you
how it works on 11 pages (with text explanation, photo tutorial,
knitting chart, size chart). You’ll find the help videos right next to
your purchased file.
Material:100 g sock yarn, 4-ply (the purple sock is made from McLana, Bobbel, 400 m/100 g, by Garn Manufaktur; the colorful yarn is by Opal, 425 m/100 g), a set of double-pointed needles (I used size 2.5 mm).
Needle and scissors. But it’s also available as a top-down sock. Take a look in the shop!
One click and you’ll get to the pattern!

A perfect match — that’s exactly right for my crochet pattern for this ball

Crocheted from individual granny squares and then joined together. An opening is left for the balloon.

This ball is also suitable even for very small children. Inflated with just a little air, it is easy to grasp; if it rolls away, you can quickly crawl after it.

For older children, it is great for playing indoors, because it is soft. Or in the garden too — after all, you can wash it without any problems.

This pattern is 16 pages long, and lots of pictures make it easier to understand. The pattern includes both written instructions and a crochet chart for the granny square that I drew myself.

Start now, and it will definitely be finished by Easter...... Click here for the pattern

A granny square for a beautiful blanket or pillow?

This is one of 6 granny squares. A flower in the center. Whether in one color or multicolored, it’s a wonderful granny square.

This pattern includes 9 pages, and each row is explained precisely and clearly in writing and with pictures.
There is also a crochet chart as a supplement.

Here you can find the pattern for Granny Number5

And here’s another look at the collection for my pattern-mix blanket of all the granny squares. The granny squares are all the same size, so you can join them together beautifully.

A real hit, especially for all moms-to-be and new moms, is this beautiful wrap blanket for the infant car seat!

With my crochet pattern, you can very easily crochet it yourself. I’ll guide you through this project step by step and picture by picture.

The blanket is a cuddly-soft and super practical companion for everyday baby life. The baby doesn’t always have to be bundled up in a thick snowsuit (and then unbundled again (!))—just put on a hat and wrap them in the blanket in their
indoor clothes, and off you go!
Thanks to the built-in drawstring (crocheted too, of course! :-)), the corner quickly turns into a warm hood!

You’ll love the blanket—and your baby will too!

For many more pictures and details about the wrap blanket, CLICK HERE

Have fun crocheting!
