Here you’ll find an easy-to-knit baby set, the perfect gift for the birth or christening of a new little one.
This gift set is sure to be a hit. The baby blanket is knitted with needle size 4 and will be about 55x55 cm,
nice and small and lightweight, especially for use over a Maxi-Cosi.
The small appliqués are crocheted with leftover yarn.
The bunny is knitted with needle size 3.5 and will be about 35 cm long.

This cute children’s sweater with a collar is just right for the in-between seasons. Since it’s knitted from cotton, it can be worn year-round. It fits sizes 92 to 104, so it will fit for quite a while.

The sweater looks especially cute on girls in size 92, because then it is a long sweater and looks almost like a little dress, as it falls over the bottom.

Difficulty level: You should have some knitting experience and know the following basics:

  • knit and purl stitches
  • increasing stitches
  • binding off stitches
  • working slipped stitches
  • knitting in the round
  • changing colors (for the stripes)
  • picking up stitches to continue knitting
  • sewing Kitchener stitch (would be an advantage)

The sweater has few seams. It only needs to be sewn together at the shoulder and under the arm.

What’s special:

  • The pattern is written without abbreviations.
  • The photos are placed on separate pages so you don’t have to print them out.

This poncho cape was knitted from 200 g of sock yarn with a cashmere blend. This gives it a light, fluffy texture. It’s pleasantly lightweight, easy to put on and take off, and can be worn buttoned up or open—whichever you prefer. Since it’s a practical length, it guarantees plenty of arm freedom. The poncho cape keeps your shoulders and upper body cozy and warm without feeling restrictive. It’s suitable for any season, and thanks to its light weight, it’s easy to pack in a bag for outings.

Well-suited for beginners with some knitting experience. The following basic skills are required:

  • Knit and purl stitches
  • Picking up and binding off stitches
  • Knitting buttonholes and yarn overs
  • Increasing from a single stitch
What makes this knitting pattern special:
  • The pattern contains no abbreviations; everything is written out in full.
  • The photos are positioned so that they do not need to be printed.
The size described here is a universal fit for sizes 36 to 42/44. However, other sizes can be easily adjusted.
