Bully, the little elephant, is really looking forward to summer. Armed with a swim ring, a captain’s hat, and a little sailboat, he’s eagerly waiting for the first warm days so he can play by the water.

Bully will be about 20–22 cm tall. He’ll be softest and cuddliest if you crochet him using the recommended plush yarn (e.g. Phil douce by Phildar). The pattern also includes helpful tips for working with this yarn. But you can also crochet Bully using acrylic yarn or cotton.
The pattern is 21 pages long and includes many pictures. At the end of the pattern, you’ll also find a shorter printable version without pictures.

Would you like to crochet a Bully too? Then click right here!

Summer begins with the glow of spring! Bright colors just put you in a good mood.
The shawl consists of simple individual stitch patterns that are described in detail and are absolutely beginner-friendly.
You’ll need 200g of Fine Merino Socks; the colorful shades are available on Facebook from Wollfeuerwerk and Sonja’s Wollanstalt.

For spring, you absolutely need a light, airy triangular shawl.

Made from lightweight cotton in summer colors, it is especially beautiful!

  Pattern for the triangular shawl

The pattern is written very simply and is easy to understand,

it is worked mostly with knit and purl stitches, as well as yarn overs

"Striped Dream" Loop Crochet Pattern
Click here to go directly to the crochet pattern

The “Striped Dream” loop is a great accessory and a real eye-catcher. Thanks to the pattern, the loop drapes loosely and immediately catches the eye with its wonderful color combination. The loop can be wrapped twice around the neck, keeping you nice and warm. This crochet pattern is especially well-suited for beginners, as the pattern is easy to follow and includes a crochet chart. What you should know: basic crochet skills (single crochet, slip stitch, double crochet, half double crochet, chain stitch...), color changes, and how to read the pattern chart (crochet chart). What you’ll need:
  • 7 mm crochet hook
  • Scissors, darning needle
  • 300g of yarn in the colors of your choice (e.g., “Cosima plus Merino” by Schoeller und Stahl, 70m per 50g skein, in colors 0010, 0023, 0039), 3 different colors, 100g of each color. The yarn should have a length of approximately 80m per 100g. If you use yarn with a shorter length, you’ll need more skeins. The yarn should be suitable for a 7–8 mm crochet hook.
  • The loop can be wrapped around the neck twice and drapes beautifully and lightly.
The crochet pattern is 6 pages long and includes pictures and a crochet chart!

Flamingo Egg Cup Crochet Pattern
Click here to go directly to the crochet pattern

Brighten up your breakfast table with these fun flamingo egg cups! Not only do they decorate your breakfast table, they’ll also make you smile first thing in the morning. Plus, they make great gifts and are an absolute must-have, especially now in summer. Difficulty level: Easy — you should have a basic knowledge of crochet (single crochet, slip stitch, double crochet, increasing and decreasing stitches, sewing the individual pieces together). Length: 18-page crochet pattern with plenty of pictures illustrating everything step by step. I won’t leave you on your own when it comes to sewing the individual pieces together either :-) What you’ll need:
  • Approx. 20 g of yarn in pink, suitable for a 3 mm crochet hook. 100% cotton works best, as it makes the egg cup nice and sturdy.
  • Scraps of white yarn for the beak; these scraps should be suitable for a 2 mm crochet hook
  • 2 mm and 3 mm crochet hooks
  • 6 mm safety eyes
  • Stuffing
  • Scissors, darning needle, stitch markers

It may be a little hard to imagine right now, but soon the time will come again when you sit on the patio in the evening and watch the sunset or the swallows darting by. In spring, the nights can still be quite cool, but you still feel drawn outside. A shawl you can snuggle into is just the thing.
This one is crocheted from sock yarn, and the amount needed depends on the size you want. You should definitely allow for about 600 m. The shawl has a charming, slightly old-fashioned lace pattern that goes perfectly with the quiff my sweetheart is letting grow this year, because that’s becoming fashionable now :-) A ruffled edging gives it just the right vintage flair.

When spring comes and you can finally take off your winter coat and venture outside again in lighter clothing, jewelry starts to stand out more too. Why not knit a bracelet?

You can find it here.

This pattern is perfect for using up leftover yarn and is fun to make!

What better way to welcome the warmer season than in a knitted skirt whose colors evoke the first flowers after winter?

The skirt can be knitted in sizes larger or smaller than the specified 38–44. The width is adjusted with an elastic band at the waist.
It’s knitted in the round from the top down.

For this skirt with a lace pattern at the hem, you’ll need 200 to 250 g of 4-ply yarn cake (50% cotton / 50% polyacrylic), a size 3.5 circular needle, and an elastic band that’s slightly longer than your waist measurement.

The 5-page PDF pattern includes text, knitting chart, and photos.
It is suitable for experienced knitters.

Here I’d like to introduce you to three crochet projects from my store for spring and summer...because crocheting is simply fun in these seasons too:

Bobbel-Lienchen triangular shawl
For the Bobbel-Lienchen you only need one gradient yarn cake with a yardage of 750 m. It’s also a good beginner project, since you only have to work in rows. The special stitch used is the popcorn stitch. However, you can also crochet the shawl with any other textured stitch. So you can simply use cluster stitches or bobbles too.
--> Here you’ll find the crochet pattern and more information: BOBBEL-LIENCHEN crochet shawl

Summer Joy lanterns
These lanterns are a perfect project for using up your leftover yarn while also crocheting some lovely decorations. You can use them to decorate your living room or your terrace. If you add a string of lights to the lanterns, they will also glow in the yarn colors.
--> Get the crochet pattern and more information here: SUMMER JOY lanterns

Happy Flowers flower picks
These cheerful flowers are also a lovely project for using up scraps. In bright, colorful shades, they also decorate any windowsill and guarantee a green thumb. Because they stay fresh and colorful even without water.

This cotton strappy dress with little hearts can be worn any time of year. In this color combination, it looks especially pretty in spring and summer. Just slip on a onesie or T-shirt underneath, and your baby or toddler is ready to go out.

What makes this little strappy dress special is that it grows with your child. It fits a baby as young as about 6 months and can later be worn without the straps until about age 3 (size 98). The straps can be knitted to different lengths and swapped out later. Eventually, you can leave them out entirely.

Other advantages of this little dress:

  • There are no seams, since the dress is knitted in one piece from the bottom up. The straps can be knitted to any length and adjusted as desired.
  • The knitting pattern for this strappy dress is well-suited for beginners. However, you should have basic knowledge of knitting and crocheting.

This poncho can also be worn as a triangular shawl. With its waves and lace pattern, it’s a pretty eye-catcher, especially in spring and summer. It’s best to start now so it will be finished by spring.

Basic knitting skills and a little practice should already be in place. The chart and all individual steps are included in the knitting pattern.

The stated measurements fit sizes 36–42.

Up north, there are very special sheep... pincushion sheep. They stand on their little hills decorated with buttons and have adorned themselves with colorful pins, and whenever someone needs their help, they are quickly on hand. They make sure you always have a needle within reach.

Crochet the cute little pincushion sheep for yourself, with their funny wooden spool feet. They are wonderfully useful for needlework and also make a great gift, for example for a sewing friend.

The crochet pattern for the little pincushion sheep is 21 pages long and includes many photos. It contains step-by-step instructions and is also well suited for beginners.

Selling the finished little pincushion sheep, for example in shops, at markets and/or online, is permitted in small quantities. You will find more details in the pattern!

We’re still glad our hats are keeping us warm, but the first signs of spring are already peeking out from under the snow, so we’re introducing our summer designs here already:- )

We have crocheted basketball caps—unisex depending on the yarn used and adjustable in size.
They can all also be made nicely from leftover yarn, and while possible sources for the brim insert are provided, an upcycling option is also explained. So you can get started right after downloading!
We hope you have lots of fun crocheting and, of course, wearing them later!

Here is the “hoop star” cap:

https://www.crazypatterns.net/de/items/36911/kappe-hoop-star-haekelanleitung-unisex-groesse-variabel

The second version includes a Tunisian crochet section (a video is included with the pattern, illustrating this part in addition to the regular description).

It’s called “Tristar” because it combines 3 different leftover yarns:

https://www.crazypatterns.net/de/items/36732/kappe-tristar-unisex-haekelanleitung-groesse-anpassbar

The third one in the group is “Fortuna” from the spring promotion by Crazypatterns—but it would certainly look great in other colors too. It also includes a Tunisian crochet section, which lets leftover yarn and different colors blend together beautifully. I’d be happy if you post your results and variations (also welcome on my Facebook page), because the “weaving together” of different yarns is exactly what makes the caps so exciting. Otherwise, the same applies as with the previous cap: there is a video included in the pattern that illustrates Tunisian crochet in addition to the regular pattern.

Now just have lots of fun crocheting and afterward wearing it!

https://www.crazypatterns.net/de/items/36199/kappe-fortuna-haekelanleitung-groesse-anpassbar

Best regards

The bag is approx. 39 cm wide and 44 cm tall (excluding the handles).

This cute wrap bracelet is crocheted in no time. An eye-catcher on any wrist. Super comfortable to wear—light and trendy. Also a great
gift or little present to bring along.

The bracelet is also super cute to wear as an anklet. And if you simply make it longer, it becomes a chic, delicate belt.

The bracelet is crocheted in one piece, so there’s no annoying weaving in
ends (only the beginning and end threads). So grab your yarn and a
crochet hook and get started.

Here’s the pattern

Material: Anchor Aida crochet thread or Woll Butt Diana size 10, 1.5 mm crochet hook, sewing needle

Required prior knowledge: chain stitch, slip stitch, and double crochet

Detailed description as a PDF file with text, images, and a crochet chart.
