Cona Crochet Curtain: Crochet Chart 1 unclear

Good morning,
I’m having a problem with the crochet chart for the Cona crochet curtain 
.
I crocheted the strip with the arches as described. The crochet chart says that the left edge should now be crocheted as shown in Crochet Chart 1 and that the pattern repeat must be repeated continuously.
When I crochet the pattern repeat along the arches as described and reach the end of the row, I’m afraid I don’t know how to continue. In the picture, you can see small arches and, again and again, a row of arches with 2 treble crochets. I hope someone can help me.
I can read crochet charts, but I’ve never crocheted a curtain before.
